Claims (8)
- ステントを用いて生体管腔を拡げるための医療デバイスであって、
回転可能な駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトの近位部に連結され、前記駆動シャフトを回転させる駆動源を備えた駆動部と、
前記駆動シャフトの遠位部に連結されて前記駆動シャフトとともに回転可能であり、前記駆動シャフトの軸心と交差する方向へ拡張可能な拡張部と、
内周面から外周面へ貫通する隙間を備えて全体として管状に形成されており、前記拡張部の外周に配置されて前記拡張部とともに回転可能であり、径方向に拡張可能なステントと、を有し、
前記ステントが前記駆動部によって前記拡張部とともに回転されることによって生体管腔内の物体を切削する医療デバイス。 - 前記ステントは、鋭利な切削部を有する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記切削部は、生分解性材料を含む請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記拡張部は、流体の流入によって拡張するバルーンである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ステントを前記拡張部に対して固定する固定部を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記固定部は、所定の温度で性状変化することで固定を解除する請求項5に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記固定部は、
前記ステントを前記拡張部に対して固定する固定構造部と、
前記固定構造部から前記駆動シャフトに沿って近位側へ延在し、前記固定部による固定を解除するための操作用シャフトと、を有する請求項5に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記固定部は、前記拡張部の外表面から突出する突起部である請求項5に記載の医療デバイス。
