Abstract
Description
(1)高導電性の自己ドープ型導電性高分子膜を提供すること、及び
(2)当該自己ドープ型導電性高分子膜を形成するための新規な導電性高分子組成物を提供すること、である。
[1]下記式(1)で表される構造単位及び下記式(2)で表される構造単位からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の構造単位を含むポリチオフェン水溶液とエチレングリコールからなる組成物であって、エチレングリコール含量が前記水溶液における水 100重量部に対して50〜150重量部であることを特徴とする組成物。
[2]エチレングリコール含量が水 100重量部に対して、70〜130重量部であることを特徴とする、[1]に記載の組成物。
[3]ポリチオフェンの水溶液におけるポリチオフェンの濃度が0.01〜10重量%であることを特徴とする、[1]又は[2]に記載の組成物。
[4]上記[1]乃至[3]に記載の組成物を乾燥させることを特徴とする導電性高分子膜の製造方法。
重合後のポリマーがアルカリ金属塩である場合は、必要に応じて、得られたポリマーを無機酸又はイオン交換樹脂等を用いて酸性化処理することでMを水素原子へ変換可能であり、さらにこれをアミン化合物と反応させることでMがNH(R2)(R3)(R4)で表されるアミン塩への変換が可能である。ここでR2〜R4は上記と同じ定義である。
装置:BRUKER社製 DEKTAK XT。
[粘度測定]
コンプリート型粘度計/BROOKFIELD VISCOMETER DV−1 P
rime。
導電性組成物 0.5mlを30mm角の無アルカリガラス板に塗布し、窒素ガス雰囲気下、室温で一晩乾燥した後、窒素ガス雰囲気下、ホットプレート上で150℃にて30分加熱して導電性高分子膜を得た。膜厚及び表面抵抗率から、以下の式に基づき算出した。
国際公開第2014/007299号明細書記載の方法により合成した3−[(2,3−ジヒドロチエノ[3,4,−b]−[1,4]ジオキシン−2−イル)メトキシ]−1−メチル−1−プロパンスルホン酸ナトリウム 12.0g(36.3mmol)、及び水 94.2gを、4枚羽根傾斜パドルを装着した300mlセパラブルフラスコに加えたのち、窒素雰囲気下、撹拌しながら無水塩化鉄(III)3.53g(21.8mmol)を加えた。次いで、室温下、20分攪拌したのち、過硫酸ナトリウム 17.3g(72.7mmol)と54.0gの水からなる混合溶液を反応液温度が30℃以下を保持するように除熱しながら滴下した。滴下終了後3時間攪拌したのち、蒸留水を加えて、約1重量%のポリマー水溶液を1.2kg調製した。
上記合成例で得られたポリマー水溶液 2gを無アルカリガラス板(30mm×30mm)にキャスト後、150℃、30分アニール処理して膜を作製した。得られた膜の表面抵抗、膜厚及び導電率は、夫々10.0Ω/□、3.3μm、303S/cmであった。又、粒子径D50は、検出限外の0.8nmを示し、粘度は15mPa・s(20℃)であった。
10mlポリ瓶に、上記合成例で得られたポリマー水溶液 2gにエチレングリコール 0.044gを加えたのち、2分間超音波処理(アズワン製US−5)し、組成物を得た。次いで、前記組成物の全量を30m角のガラス基板にキヤストして窒素気流下で一晩放置させたのち、窒素気流下ホットプレート上で150℃、30分加熱して薄膜を調製した。得られた薄膜の導電率は286S/cmであった(表)。
エチレングリコールを0.105gに変更した以外は、比較例1と同様な処理を行い、導電率を測定した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 下記式(1)で表される構造単位及び下記式(2)で表される構造単位からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の構造単位を含むポリチオフェンの水溶液とエチレングリコールからなる組成物であって、エチレングリコール含量が前記水溶液における水 100重量部に対して50〜150重量部であることを特徴とする組成物。
- エチレングリコール含量が水100重量部に対して70〜130重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリチオフェンの水溶液におけるポリチオフェンの濃度が0.01〜10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を乾燥させることを特徴とする導電膜の製造方法。
