Abstract
Description

前記ポリアミド組成物が、5重量%〜40重量%の衝撃強度を改良する試剤を含み、次の特性:
− 1000秒−1の剪断勾配およびポリアミドの融点+35℃に等しい温度で、標準ISO 11443に従って測定される、50〜700Pa.sの溶融粘度、および
− 40℃の温度および20%の相対湿度で測定される、10g.mm/m2.日以下のガソリンSP95 E10透過率
を示し、
特に、ポリアミド組成物がシクロデキストリンをおよびシリカ(SiO2)を欠いている方法に関する。特には、組成物は結合充填材を欠いている。
衝撃強度を改良する試剤の総重量に対して、少なくとも20重量%の、ポリアミドと反応する官能基を含む衝撃強度を改良する試剤、および/または
衝撃強度を改良する試剤の総重量に対して、少なくとも10重量%の、ポリアミドと反応する官能基を含む相溶化剤
を含む。
− 150ml/g(標準ISO 307に従って90%ギ酸中で測定された)のVIおよび265℃の融点(M.p.)を有する、線状型のポリアミド6.6。
− 175ml/g(標準ISO 307に従って90%ギ酸中で測定された)のVIおよび265℃の融点(M.p.)を有する、線状型のポリアミド6.6。
− PCSプロセスによって得られた、310ml/g(標準ISO 307に従って90%ギ酸中で測定された)のVI、および265℃の融点(M.p.)を有する、線状型のポリアミド6.6。
− 0.38モル%のBHT(ビスヘキサメチレントリアミン)および99.62モル%のN塩(ヘキサメチレンジアミンとアジピン酸との1:1塩)を使用して出願国際公開第2010142605号パンフレットに従って得られた分岐型のポリアミド6.6。このポリアミドは、150ml/g(PN−EN ISO 307法に従ってギ酸中で測定された)の粘度指数および262℃の融点(M.p.)を示す。
− 165ml/g(標準ISO 307に従って90%ギ酸中で測定された)のVIおよび240℃の融点(M.p.)を有する、コポリアミド6.6/6(90/10重量%)。
− 0.185モル%の5−アミノイソフタル酸および99.8モル%のε−カプロラクタムを使用して出願国際公開第99/03909号パンフレットに従って得られたランダムツリー型のポリアミド6。このポリアミドは、200〜225ml/g(PN−EN ISO 307法に従ってギ酸中で測定された)の粘度指数および217℃の融点(M.p.)を示す。
− ヘキサメチレンジアミンとセバシン酸との1:1モル塩を使用して得られた線状ポリアミド6.10。このポリアミドは、135ml/g(PN−EN ISO 307法に従ってギ酸中で測定された)の粘度指数および215℃の融点(M.p.)を示す。
− PA 6.6についてのものと類似の、しかし290℃の仕上げ温度の合成方法に従って、35モル%の6.T塩(ヘキサメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸との1:1塩)および65モル%のN塩(ヘキサメチレンジアミンとアジピン酸との1:1塩)からならびに連鎖制限剤として加えられる酢酸(最終ポリマー中で71ミリ当量/kg)から合成された、283℃に等しい融点を有するモル比65/35のコポリアミド6.6/6.T。アミン末端基AEGのおよびカルボン酸末端基CEGの濃度は、電位差測定分析によって測定する。

Claims (16)
- 少なくとも次の段階:
a)ポリアミド組成物を射出成形することによる1つ以上の構成要素の製造と、
b)タンクを得るために、段階a)で得られた前記1つまたは複数の構成要素を、任意選択的に1つ以上の他の構成要素と組み立てることと
を含む、流体に対して高バリア性を有する前記タンクの製造方法であって、
前記ポリアミド組成物が、5重量%〜40重量%の衝撃強度を改良する試剤を含み、かつ次の特性:

- 前記組成物が、4g.mm/m2.日以下のガソリンSP95 E10透過率を示すことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミドが、半結晶性脂肪族もしくは半芳香族ポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記組成物の総重量に対して、20重量%〜90重量%のポリアミドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物がノボラック樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階b)に使用される前記他の構成要素が金属またはプラスチック部品であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階b)での前記組立が、直接または間接溶接によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記タンクが、段階a)で得られた構成要素のみからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階b)での前記組立が、前記構成要素をそれらの表面の少なくとも一部分上に接触させ、次に、前記組成物を形成する前記材料の軟化点よりも高い温度で、前記構成要素が接触している少なくとも一部分上で前記構成要素を溶接することによって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- タンクの壁が、23kJ/m2以上の、標準ISO 179−1/1eAに従って測定される、−40℃でのノッチ付きCharpy衝撃(kJ/m2)を示すタンクをもたらすことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記タンクが、4mm未満の低い肉厚を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記壁が、3mmの厚さについてのDirective2000/8/ECによって定義されるような衝撃Trial試験を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記相溶化剤のまたは衝撃強度を改良する試剤の反応基が、無水マレイン酸またはグリシジル基、(メタ)アクリルエステル、これらのポリマー、およびそれらの混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記組成物の総重量に対して、25重量%以上の含有率の耐衝撃性改良剤と、前記組成物の総重量に対して、1重量%〜7重量%の範囲の含有率でのノボラックとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 構成要素の組立体を含む、流体に対して高バリア性を有するタンクであって、その前記構造要素の少なくとも1つが、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載されるような前記ポリアミド組成物の射出成形によって得られるタンク。
