Abstract
【解決手段】駆動用モータ2の出力トルクを、ユニットの中央に配置されたドライブギヤ24を介して、左右の駆動軸6,7に分配して伝達するモータ駆動ユニット1において、駆動用モータ2の出力軸9と一体回転するブレーキロータ28と、ブレーキロータ28に対して相対回転するとともにブレーキロータ28の回転方向での回転が制約されているブレーキステータ29とを係合させることにより、出力軸9およびドライブギヤ24を制動するブレーキ機構4を設けるとともに、ブレーキ機構4を、出力軸9の回転中心軸線上で、ドライブギヤ24を挟んで駆動用モータ2の反対側に配置する。

Claims (3)
- 車両の駆動力源として機能する駆動用モータと、第1入力要素ならびに第1出力要素および第1反力要素を有する第1差動機構と、第2入力要素ならびに第2出力要素および第2反力要素を有する第2差動機構と、前記第1入力要素と前記第2入力要素とを連結する結合軸と、前記第1入力要素と前記第2入力要素との間で前記結合軸の中央部分に固定された入力ギヤと、前記駆動用モータの出力軸に固定されるとともに前記入力ギヤと噛み合い前記出力軸と前記入力ギヤおよび前記結合軸との間でトルクを伝達する駆動ギヤと、前記第1反力要素と前記第2反力要素との間でいずれか一方の反力要素のトルクを反転させて他方の反力要素へ伝達する反転機構と、前記第1出力要素に連結された第1駆動軸と、前記第2出力要素に連結された第2駆動軸と、を備え、前記駆動用モータの出力トルクを前記第1駆動軸と前記第2駆動軸とに分配して伝達するモータ駆動ユニットにおいて、
前記出力軸と一体回転する少なくとも一つの回転部材と、前記回転部材に対して相対回転するとともに前記回転部材の回転方向での回転が制約されている少なくとも一つの制動部材とを係合させることにより、前記出力軸および前記駆動ギヤを制動するブレーキ機構を備え、
前記ブレーキ機構は、前記出力軸の回転中心軸線上で、前記駆動ギヤを挟んで前記駆動用モータの反対側に配置されている
ことを特徴とするモータ駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載のモータ駆動ユニットにおいて、
通電時にトルクを出力する制動用モータと、前記制動用モータの出力トルクが付与されることにより前記回転部材と前記制動部材とを摩擦係合させる係合力を発生するとともに、前記係合力を発生している状態で前記制動用モータへの通電が停止された場合にも、前記回転部材と前記制動部材とを摩擦係合させて前記出力軸を制動した状態を維持することが可能な係合力発生機構とを備え、
前記制動用モータおよび係合力発生機構は、いずれも、前記回転中心軸線上で、前記駆動ギヤを挟んで前記駆動用モータの反対側に配置されている
ことを特徴とするモータ駆動ユニット。
- 請求項1または2に記載のモータ駆動ユニットにおいて、
前記ブレーキ機構は、通電時に発生する磁気吸引力を利用して前記回転部材と前記制動部材とを係合させる電磁ブレーキによって構成されていることを特徴とするモータ駆動ユニット。
