Description
図1はこの発明の一実施形態に係る差動制限装置10の断面図を示すものである。この差動制限装置10は、例えば四輪駆動車において、前輪と後輪とにエンジンの駆動力を分配制御する。
なお、カム機構21のバックラッシは、メインアウタクラッチプレート16a及びメインインナクラッチプレート16bがスプライン嵌合するスプライン溝とのバックラッシに対して同等もしくは大きく形成されている。
Claims (1)
- 第1インナシャフト及び第2インナシャフトを同一回転軸線上に並列配置し、これら第1インナシャフト及び第2インナシャフトを包囲し、前記回転軸線上に前記インナシャフトと相対回転可能にハウジングを設け、前記第1インナシャフトにリングギヤを設け、前記第2インナシャフトにサンギヤを設け、前記第2インナシャフトとリングの間に前記ハウジングと回転連結されるキャリアの円筒状の支持部を介在させ、この支持部に内周側及び外周側が開放された収納孔を形成し、前記サンギヤ及びリングギヤと噛合するプラネタリギヤを前記収納孔に回転可能に収納し、前記ハウジングと第1インナシャフトとの間で駆動力を伝達するメインクラッチを設け、前記第2インナシャフトと同一回転軸上にカムリングを相対回転可能に並列配置し、前記ハウジングとカムリングの間で駆動力を伝達するパイロットクラッチを設け、前記パイロットクラッチの摩擦係合力を制御するパイロットクラッチ制御手段を設け、前記第2インナシャフトとカムリングの対向面にカム溝を形成し、前記カム溝にカムフロアを保持させカム機構を構成し、前記第2インナシャフトとカムリングの間の相対回転によって前記カム機構を作動させ、前記第2インナシャフトにより前記メインクラッチを摩擦係合するようにしたことを特徴とする差動制限装置。
