Claims (6)
- シャフトを摺動自在に支持する樹脂製のブッシュであって、
円筒状のブッシュ本体と、
前記ブッシュ本体の軸方向の一方の端面から他方の端面に向けて形成されたスリットと、を有する
ことを特徴とするブッシュ。 - 請求項1に記載のブッシュであって、
前記スリットは、前記ブッシュ本体の中心軸に対して斜めに形成されている
ことを特徴とするブッシュ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のブッシュであって、
前記ブッシュは、射出成形方法により製造され、
ゲート位置が、前記一方の端面あるいは外周面において、少なくとも前記ブッシュ本体の中心軸に対してスリットと線対称となる位置からずれた位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とするブッシュ。 - 請求項3に記載のブッシュであって、
前記一方の端面の前記ゲート位置に形成されたゲート用凹部をさらに有し、
前記ゲート用凹部の底面と側壁との連結部にアールが付けられている
ことを特徴するブッシュ。 - 請求項3または4に記載のブッシュであって、
前記他方の端面に形成された突出しピン座用凹部をさらに有し、
前記突出しピン座用凹部は、周方向において前記ゲート用凹部からずれた位置に形成されている
ことを特徴とするブッシュ。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のブッシュであって、
前記ブッシュは、ハウジングの装着用孔に装着された状態で前記シャフトを摺動自在に支持するものであり、
前記ブッシュ本体の外周面が前記ハウジングの装着用孔の装着面と接触し、
前記ブッシュ本体の内周面が前記シャフトの外周面と摺接する
ことを特徴とするブッシュ。
