Abstract
【解決手段】両駆動モードで、モータMG2による制振制御の実行が要求されているときに(S130,S132)、第2分担トルク(d12・Tr*)と制振トルクTvとの和としての合計トルクをモータMG2から駆動軸に出力することができるときには(S160,S162)、モータMG2による制振制御を実行し(S170,S172)、合計トルクをモータMG2から駆動軸に出力することができないときには(S160,S162)、モータMG1による制振制御を実行する(S180,S182)。

エンジンと、
第1モータと、
第2モータと、
少なくとも1つの遊星歯車を有し、該少なくとも1つの遊星歯車の少なくとも一部の回転要素が前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータと車軸に連結された駆動軸とに接続された遊星歯車装置と、
前記エンジンの回転を規制可能な回転規制機構と、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりを行なうバッテリと、
前記エンジンを回転停止状態として前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータからのトルクによって走行する両駆動モードでは、走行用に前記駆動軸に要求される要求トルクのうち第1分担トルクが前記第1モータから前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記要求トルクのうち第2分担トルクが前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、
前記両駆動モードで、前記第2モータによる制振制御の実行が要求されているときにおいて、
前記第2分担トルクと前記制振制御用に前記駆動軸に要求される制振トルクとの和としての合計トルクを前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に出力することができるときには、前記制振トルクが前記駆動軸に前記第2モータだけからのトルクによって出力されるように前記第2モータを制御する第1制御を実行し、
前記合計トルクを前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に出力することができないときには、前記制振トルクが前記駆動軸に前記第1モータだけからのトルクによって出力されるように前記第1モータを制御する第2制御、または、前記制振トルクが前記駆動軸に前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータからのトルクによって出力されるように前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを制御する第3制御を実行する、
ことを要旨とする。
・エンジン22のクランクシャフト26の回転位置を検出するクランクポジションセンサ23からのクランク角θcr
・スロットルバルブのポジションを検出するスロットルバルブポジションセンサからのスロットル開度TH
・スロットルバルブのポジションを調節するスロットルモータへの駆動制御信号
・燃料噴射弁への駆動制御信号
・イグナイタと一体化されたイグニッションコイルへの駆動制御信号
・モータMG1,MG2の回転子の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出センサ43,44からの回転位置θm1,θm2
・モータMG1,MG2の各相に流れる電流を検出する電流センサからの相電流
・モータMG1,MG2の温度を検出する温度センサ45,46からの温度tm1,tm2
・バッテリ50の端子間に設置された電圧センサ51aからの電池電圧Vb
・バッテリ50の出力端子に取り付けられた電流センサ51bからの電池電流Ib(バッテリ50から放電するときが正の値)
・バッテリ50に取り付けられた温度センサ51cからの電池温度Tb
・イグニッションスイッチ80からのイグニッション信号
・シフトレバー81の操作位置を検出するシフトポジションセンサ82からのシフトポジションSP
・アクセルペダル83の踏み込み量を検出するアクセルペダルポジションセンサ84からのアクセル開度Acc
・ブレーキペダル85の踏み込み量を検出するブレーキペダルポジションセンサ86からのブレーキペダルポジションBP

(a1)モータMG1を仮トルクTm1tmpで駆動するときのモータMG1の消費電力としての仮消費電力Pm1tmpと、モータMG2を仮トルクTm2tmpで駆動するときのモータMG2の消費電力としての仮消費電力Pm2tmpと、の和がバッテリ50の入出力制限Win,Woutの範囲内になる条件
(a2)モータMG1の仮トルクTm1tmpが定格下限トルクTmin11および定格上限トルクTmax11の範囲内になる条件
(a3)モータMG1の仮トルクTm1tmpがモータMG1の温度tm1に基づく下限トルクTmin12および上限トルクTmax12の範囲内になる条件
(a4)モータMG2の仮トルクTm2tmpが定格下限トルクTmin21および定格上限トルクTmax21の範囲内になる条件
(a5)モータMG2の仮トルクTm2tmpがモータMG2の温度tm2に基づく下限トルクTmin22および上限トルクTmax22の範囲内になる条件
(b1)アクセル開度Accの単位時間あたりの変化量ΔAccの絶対値が閾値ΔArefよりも大きい条件
(b2)要求トルクTr*の単位時間あたりの変化量ΔTrの絶対値が閾値ΔTrefよりも大きい条件
(b3)要求トルクTr*が値0を跨いでいるまたは所定時間以内に跨ぐのが予測される条件

Claims (2)
- エンジンと、
第1モータと、
第2モータと、
少なくとも1つの遊星歯車を有し、該少なくとも1つの遊星歯車の少なくとも一部の回転要素が前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータと車軸に連結された駆動軸とに接続された遊星歯車装置と、
前記エンジンの回転を規制可能な回転規制機構と、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりを行なうバッテリと、
前記エンジンを回転停止状態として前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータからのトルクによって走行する両駆動モードでは、走行用に前記駆動軸に要求される要求トルクのうち第1分担トルクが前記第1モータから前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記要求トルクのうち第2分担トルクが前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、
前記両駆動モードで、前記第2モータによる制振制御の実行が要求されているときにおいて、
前記第2分担トルクと前記制振制御用に前記駆動軸に要求される制振トルクとの和としての合計トルクを前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に出力することができるときには、前記制振トルクが前記駆動軸に前記第2モータだけからのトルクによって出力されるように前記第2モータを制御する第1制御を実行し、
前記合計トルクを前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に出力することができないときには、前記制振トルクが前記駆動軸に前記第1モータだけからのトルクによって出力されるように前記第1モータを制御する第2制御、または、前記制振トルクが前記駆動軸に前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータからのトルクによって出力されるように前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを制御する第3制御を実行する、

前記制御手段は、
前記両駆動モードで、前記第2モータによる制振制御の実行が要求されていて、前記合計トルクを前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に出力することができないときにおいて、 前記第1モータから前記駆動軸に前記第1分担トルクを出力する際の第1効率が前記第2モータから前記駆動軸に前記第2分担トルクを出力する際の第2効率よりも高いときには、前記第2制御を実行し、
前記第2効率が前記第1効率以上のときには、前記第3制御を実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。
