Abstract
【解決手段】パンチ装置10は、ボディ12と、該ボディ12の上部に連結される駆動部18と、該駆動部18の駆動作用下に前記ボディ12の内部を水平方向に沿って移動するカムブロック76とを有し、該カムブロック76の第2カム溝96には、ロッド16に連結された第2回転ローラ108が挿通されている。この第2カム溝96は、カムブロック76の移動方向に対して所定角度傾斜した第1及び第2溝部98、100を有し、ロッド16をワークWに向かって下降させる際、第2回転ローラ108が第2溝部100から傾斜角度の小さな第1溝部98へと移動することで、該ロッド16へと伝達される駆動力が増力される。

ボディに設けられ軸方向に変位する駆動軸を有した駆動部と、
駆動軸の変位方向と平行に設けられ、ボディに対して変位自在に設けられたロッドと、
駆動軸の変位方向と略直交方向に変位自在なスライダを有し、駆動部で出力された駆動力をスライダを介してロッドへと伝達する駆動力伝達機構と、
を備え、
スライダは、駆動軸の変位方向に対して傾斜し駆動軸の端部が係合される第1傾斜部と、
変位方向に対して傾斜しロッドの端部が係合される第2傾斜部と、
を有し、
第1傾斜部によって駆動力の伝達方向を略直交方向へと変換してスライダへと伝達すると共に、スライダの変位作用下に第2傾斜部によってロッドを押圧することでロッドを増力させながら軸方向へと変位させる増力機構を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- ボディと、
前記ボディに設けられ軸方向に変位する駆動軸を有した駆動部と、
前記駆動軸の変位方向と平行に設けられ、前記ボディに対して変位自在に設けられたロッドと、
前記駆動軸の変位方向と略直交方向に変位自在なスライダを有し、前記駆動部で出力された駆動力を前記スライダを介して前記ロッドへと伝達する駆動力伝達機構と、
を備え、
前記スライダは、前記駆動軸の変位方向に対して傾斜し該駆動軸の端部が係合される第1傾斜部と、
前記変位方向に対して傾斜し前記ロッドの端部が係合される第2傾斜部と、
を有し、
前記第1傾斜部によって前記駆動力の伝達方向を略直交方向へと変換して前記スライダへと伝達すると共に、前記スライダの変位作用下に前記第2傾斜部によって前記ロッドを押圧することで該ロッドを増力させながら軸方向へと変位させる増力機構を備えることを特徴とするパンチ装置。 - 請求項1記載のパンチ装置において、
前記第1及び第2傾斜部は、前記スライダに形成されローラの挿通されるカム溝であり、前記第1及び第2傾斜部の少なくともいずれか一方が、前記変位方向に対して傾斜した第1溝部と、前記第1溝部と接合して該第1溝部に対して傾斜角度の小さな第2溝部とを有することを特徴とするパンチ装置。
