Claims (8)
- ボディと、
前記ボディに設けられ、該ボディの軸線方向に沿って変位する変位体とを有する変位機構と、
前記ボディに装着される本体部と、前記変位体と略平行に設けられ前記本体部に対して軸線方向に沿って変位自在に支持される案内軸と、前記案内軸と前記変位体とを連結する連結部材とを有する案内機構と、
を備え、
前記本体部には、前記ボディの軸線方向と略平行に延在し、且つ、該ボディの軸線方向と直交する方向に窪んだ凹部を有し、前記ボディに対して直交する方向に挿通されたボルトを介して前記案内機構が、前記ボディに対して着脱自在に設けられることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記案内軸は、前記変位体を中心として等間隔離間した一対設けられることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1又は2記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記本体部には、前記ボディに対する位置決めを行う位置決め手段を備えることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記変位体と前記案内軸とが略同一高さで水平方向に並列に配置されることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記本体部には、前記案内軸の軸線と直交方向に貫通した貫通孔を備え、前記貫通孔には締結部材の螺合されるねじ部が形成されることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記本体部には、前記変位体と略平行に貫通し、前記案内軸を軸線方向に沿って変位自在に案内する支持孔を備えることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ボディに設けられ通電作用下に駆動する駆動部と、前記駆動部の駆動力を前記変位体へと伝達する伝達機構とを備え、前記駆動力によって前記変位体を変位させることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ボディに形成され、圧力流体の供給・排出されるポートと、前記ボディの内部に配設される前記変位体とを備え、前記圧力流体を前記ボディの内部に供給することにより、前記変位体を変位させることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
