Description
３．電気接続箱の概略的な製造工程
続いて、本実施形態に係る電気接続箱１の製造工程の一例を説明する。まず、表面にプリント配線技術により導電路が形成された回路基板２０の下面２０Ｂに、所定の形状に切断された接着シート４０を重ね合わせるとともに、複数のバスバー５０を所定のパターンで並べた状態で加圧する。これにより、回路基板２０および複数のバスバー５０は接着シート４０を介して互いに接着・固定される。この状態において、複数のバスバー５０の上面の一部（ＭＯＳＦＥＴ３０の接続端子３３，３４が接続される領域等）は、回路基板２０の接続用開口部２１および接着シート４０のシート開口部４１を通して露出された状態とされている。
続いて、本実施形態に係る電気接続箱１の製造工程の一例を説明する。まず、表面にプリント配線技術により導電路が形成された回路基板２０の下面２０Ｂに、所定の形状に切断された接着シート４０を重ね合わせるとともに、複数のバスバー５０を所定のパターンで並べた状態で加圧する。これにより、回路基板２０および複数のバスバー５０は接着シート４０を介して互いに接着・固定される。この状態において、複数のバスバー５０の上面の一部（ＭＯＳＦＥＴ３０の接続端子３３，３４が接続される領域等）は、回路基板２０の接続用開口部２１および接着シート４０のシート開口部４１を通して露出された状態とされている。
