【解決手段】自車前方における物体の情報を取得する第1、第2画像センサ91,92と、画像センサ情報に基づいて照射禁止領域を設定する第1情報生成部101と、暗領域に照射照射禁止領域が含まれる配光パターンを決定するLED配光パターン決定部102と、LED配光パターンを生成するLED配光制御部103と、照射禁止対象物とLED配光パターンとに基づいて、暗領域のうちの照射禁止領域の周辺を照射するレーザ照射パターンを決定するレーザ照射パターン決定部105と、可動ミラー素子の角度を変化させてレーザ光源のレーザ光を自車前方に反射させるレーザ照射制御部106とを備える。

ハイビーム光を照射する第1照明装置と、
レーザ光源、2軸まわりに回転可能であって前記レーザ光源から発せられるレーザ光を前記自車前方に反射させる可動ミラー素子、及び前記可動ミラー素子を駆動するアクチュエータを有する第2照明装置と、
前記物体情報取得手段から得られた情報に基づいて、前記第1照明装置による前記ハイビーム光の照射を禁止する照射禁止対象物の照射禁止部位が含まれる照射禁止領域を設定する照射禁止領域設定部と、
前記照射禁止領域設定部により設定された前記照射禁止領域が、前記ハイビーム光により照射されない暗領域に含まれるように、前記第1照明装置から発せられる前記ハイビーム光により形成される配光パターンを制御する照明配光パターン制御装置と、
前記照射禁止領域以外の領域であって前記暗領域に含まれる領域に、前記レーザ光を照射するレーザ配光パターンを設定するレーザ配光パターン設定部と、
前記レーザ配光パターン設定部により設定された前記レーザ配光パターンに前記レーザ光が反射されるように前記第2照明装置を制御するレーザ配光パターン制御部とを含む、車両用前照灯装置である。

Claims (4)
- 自車前方における物体の情報を取得する物体情報取得手段と、
ハイビーム光を照射する第1照明装置と、
レーザ光源、2軸まわりに回転可能であって前記レーザ光源から発せられるレーザ光を前記自車前方に反射させる可動ミラー素子、及び前記可動ミラー素子を駆動するアクチュエータを有する第2照明装置と、
前記物体情報取得手段から得られた情報に基づいて、前記第1照明装置による前記ハイビーム光の照射を禁止する照射禁止対象物の照射禁止部位が含まれる照射禁止領域を設定する照射禁止領域設定部と、
前記照射禁止領域設定部により設定された前記照射禁止領域が、前記ハイビーム光により照射されない暗領域に含まれるように、前記第1照明装置から発せられる前記ハイビーム光により形成される配光パターンを制御する照明配光パターン制御装置と、
前記照射禁止領域以外の領域であって前記暗領域に含まれる領域に、前記レーザ光を照射するレーザ配光パターンを設定するレーザ配光パターン設定部と、
前記レーザ配光パターン設定部により設定された前記レーザ配光パターンに前記レーザ光が反射されるように前記第2照明装置を制御するレーザ配光パターン制御部とを含む、車両用前照灯装置。 - 前記第1照明装置は、横方向に一列に配置された複数の発光ダイオードを含み、
