Description

Claims (28)
- 流体の経路となる管腔を画定する針を含む、握り部と、
前記針が最初に貫通する針穴を含む安全組立体であって、前記針の遠位先端を遮蔽して使用者が前記針の遠位先端と接触するのを防止するために、前記針に沿って選択的かつ軸方向に摺動可能である、安全組立体と、
前記安全組立体に含まれ、前記針から漏出する流体を隔離して臨床医への暴露を防止する流体隔離要素と、
を備える、針組立体。 - 前記安全組立体が、前記針穴からの針の後退後に前記安全組立体の前記針穴を閉塞するために、ばねベースの閉塞要素を含み、また、前記流体隔離要素が、前記針穴を通って前記安全組立体から流体が漏出するのを防止するために、前記閉塞要素に取り付けられた遮蔽体を含む、請求項1に記載の針組立体。
- 前記遮蔽体が、前記針から漏出した流体を吸収するための吸収性の構成要素を含む、請求項2に記載の針組立体。
- 前記流体隔離要素が、前記針の周囲に配置された吸収栓を含み、前記安全組立体が前記針に沿って軸方向に摺動されるときに、前記吸収栓が前記針の外側表面を拭う、請求項1に記載の針組立体。
- 前記流体隔離要素が、前記針が最初に貫通する吸収円盤を含み、また、前記吸収円盤が、前記針が前記安全組立体の前記針穴から後退された後で、前記針から漏出する流体が前記安全組立体の前記針穴を通るのを防止するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の針組立体。

- 前記安全組立体が、前記針が前記針穴から引き抜かれたときに前記針穴を閉塞するように移動する少なくとも1つのシャッタを含み、前記流体隔離要素が、前記少なくとも1つのシャッタ上に配置された吸収性の当て物を含み、前記針の前記遠位先端が、前記針穴からの後退後に前記当て物に対接し、前記当て物が、前記安全組立体からの流体の漏出を防止するために、前記針から漏出した流体を隔離する、請求項1に記載の針組立体。
- 前記安全組立体が、前記針が前記針穴から引き抜かれたときに前記針穴を閉塞するように移動する少なくとも2つのシャッタを含み、前記シャッタが、互いに平行にかつ近接して位置合わせされ、また、前記流体隔離要素が、前記シャッタ間からの流体の漏出を防ぐために、前記シャッタ間に挿入された油膜を含む、請求項1に記載の針組立体。
