Description

9:次に、開口壁11によって画定される開口を通し、セルジンガー技術を用いて、血管にアクセスしてカテーテルを配置する。
Claims (13)
- 人間または動物の体の経皮アクセスポイトにおける感染を防止するためのシールドデバイスであって、
第1の錐台部分、中央部分および第2の錐台部分を有する開口を画定する壁を備え、開口の中央部分が、各錐台部分の端部開口部よりさらに狭い開口部を含み、更に、
前記第1の錐台部分の開口端から外方に突出する、円形且つ平面状の上部突出縁と、
前記第2の錐台部分の開口端から外方に突出する、円形且つ平面状の下部突出縁とを含み、該下部突出縁は前記上部突出縁の下方に設けられ、
抗菌剤をさらに含み、
廃棄可能である、シールドデバイス。 - 前記壁は、ポジショナデバイスを着脱可能に係合するように構成される請求項1に記載のシールドデバイス。
- 壁は、開口壁である請求項1に記載のシールドデバイス。
- 柄をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシールドデバイス。
- 前記柄は、取り外し可能である請求項4に記載のシールドデバイス。
- アクセスポイントからのシールドデバイスの分解および除去のための脱構築手段をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシールドデバイス。
- 人間または動物の体の経皮的アクセスポイトにおける感染を防止するためのシールドキットであって、
シールドデバイスと、
シールドデバイスと着脱可能に係合するように構成されるポジショナと、を備え、
前記シールドデバイスは、
第1の錐台部分、中央部分および第2の錐台部分を有する開口を画定する壁を備え、開口の中央部分が、各錐台部分の端部開口部よりさらに狭い開口部を含み、更に、
前記第1の錐台部分の開口端から外方に突出する、円形且つ平面状の上部突出縁と、
前記第2の錐台部分の開口端から外方に突出する、円形且つ平面状の下部突出縁とを含み、該下部突出縁は前記上部突出縁の下方に設けられ、
抗菌剤をさらに含み、
廃棄可能である、シールドキット。 - 前記ポジショナは、シールドデバイスの開口と着脱可能に係合するように構成されるヘッドを備える請求項7に記載のキット。
- ポジショナの前記ヘッドは、突出縁を備える請求項8に記載のキット。
- ポジショナは、廃棄可能である請求項9に記載のキット。
- フックデバイスをさらに備える請求項7に記載のキット。
- ポジショナおよびフックデバイスの1つ以上は、廃棄可能である請求項11に記載のキット。
- カテーテルをさらに備える請求項7に記載のキット。
