Claims (5)
- 内部にシリンダ室を有したシリンダチューブと、該シリンダチューブの端部に装着されるカバー部材と、前記シリンダ室に沿って変位自在に設けられるピストンと、前記ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドとを有する流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記カバー部材には、前記ピストンロッドを軸方向に沿って変位自在に支持するロッドホルダが設けられ、該ロッドホルダは、前記カバー部材に対してリベットによって固定されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ロッドホルダは、前記ピストンロッドを支持する筒状の本体部と、
前記本体部に対して半径外方向に拡径したフランジ部と、
を備え、
前記フランジ部が前記カバー部材の側面に当接した状態で前記リベットによって軸方向に連結されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項2記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記フランジ部には、前記カバー部材から離間する方向に突出したクッション部材を備え、該クッション部材が前記フランジ部に対して前記リベットで固定され、前記クッション部材が前記ピストンの収納孔へ収納されることで、前記ピストンの変位速度が減速されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ロッドホルダの内部には、前記ピストンロッドを変位自在に支持するブッシュと、
前記ピストンロッドとの間を通じた圧力流体の漏れを防止するパッキンと、
が設けられることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記リベットは、自己穿孔式のリベットであることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
