Abstract
Description
「タイヤ」は、内圧を受けるか否かに関わらず、弾性トレッドを備えた全てのタイプのタイヤを指す。
従って、異なる寸法のサブブロックが単純かつ実用的方法で形成され、これは各サイプに対して角度αを適切に選択することで行う。
曲率Cのサイプを使用することで、トレッドの全体的外観がより魅力的になり、同時にタイヤから発生する騒音が制限される。
従って、これによって乾燥路面上での制動時のタイヤ性能が改善される。
Claims (4)
- 幅W及び長さLでL>>Wである少なくとも1つのゴム状材料の細長ブロック(3)を備えるタイヤ用トレッドであって、前記細長ブロックは、前記トレッド(1)が前記タイヤにマウントされる場合に周方向(X)に延び、前記細長ブロック(3)は、地面に接触することが意図された接触面(5)と、前記接触面(5)の範囲を定める第1の外側壁(7)及び第2の外側壁(9)とを備え、前記細長ブロック(3)は、前記細長ブロックの接触面(5)上に開いた複数のサイプ(11)を備え、前記サイプ(11)の各々は、前記接触面(5)上で斜め方向に延びて前記第1の外側壁(7)上及び前記第2の外側壁(9)上に開いているものであって、
前記サイプ(11)は、前記ブロックの接触面(5)上に分散されており、1つのサイプ(11a)が前記第2の外側壁(9)に到達すると前記細長ブロック(3)上の同じ周方向高さ(N)で他のサイプ(11b)が前記第1の外側壁(7)から始まるようになっており、更に、前記細長ブロック内に前記サブブロックを定める前記サイプ(11、11a、11b)によって、前記サブブロック(8)の少なくとも2つは、トレッド内で異なるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とするトレッド。 - 前記サイプ(11、11a、11b)は、前記細長ブロック(3)の接触面(5)上で直線状であり、前記サイプの各々は、横断方向(Y)に対して角度αを成し、前記細長ブロック(3)の少なくとも2つのサイプは、角度αの値が異なっている、
請求項1記載のトレッド。 - 前記サイプ(11、11a、11b)は、前記細長ブロック(3)の前記接触面(5)上で湾曲しており、前記サイプの各々は、曲率Cを有し、前記細長ブロック(3)の少なくとも2つのサイプは、曲率Cの値が異なっている、
請求項1記載のトレッド。 - 前記サイプ(11)は、前記ブロック(3)の前記接触面(5)において部分的に又は完全に面取りされている、
