Claims (12)
- 転動体(10)を案内するために設けられた保持器ポケット(5)を備え、該保持器ポケット(5)は、共通の対称軸線(R)を有する2つのサイドリング(2,3)と、該サイドリング(2,3)を結合するウェブ(4)とから形成されており、前記サイドリング(2,3)は、前記ウェブ(4)と一体的に形成されていて、かつ織物(6)を含む、転がり軸受保持器(1)において、
前記織物(6)は、少なくとも2種類の異なる繊維(7,8)から構成されていることを特徴とする、転がり軸受保持器。 - 異なる種類の前記繊維(7,8)は、互いに異なる配置で前記織物(6)に含まれている、請求項1記載の転がり軸受保持器。
- 前記織物(6)は、前記サイドリング(2,3)のほぼ周方向に方向付けされた第1の種類の繊維(7)と、ほぼ軸方向に方向付けされた第2の種類の繊維(8)とを含む、請求項2記載の転がり軸受保持器。
- ほぼ周方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(7)は、ほぼ軸方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(8)よりも高い引張り強度を有する、請求項3記載の転がり軸受保持器。
- 周方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(7)として人造繊維が設けられており、軸方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(8)として天然繊維が設けられている、請求項4記載の転がり軸受保持器。
- 周方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(7)として、アラミド繊維、バサルト繊維、ホウ素繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、PET繊維およびPTFE繊維を含む繊維のグループの少なくとも1種類の繊維が設けられている、請求項5記載の転がり軸受保持器。
- 軸方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(8)として、竹繊維、綿繊維、亜麻繊維、大麻繊維、黄麻繊維、苧麻繊維およびサイザル麻繊維を含む繊維のグループの少なくとも1種類の繊維が設けられている、請求項5または6記載の転がり軸受保持器。
- 周方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(7)は、軸方向に方向付けされた前記繊維(8)よりも小さな熱膨張係数を有する、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の軸受保持器。
- 幾つかの転動体(10)と、請求項1記載の転がり軸受保持器(1)と、を備える転がり軸受。
