Claims (15)
- 第1の部材により連結される第1の複数の支柱、および
第2の部材により連結される、前記第1の複数の支柱と略平行な第2の複数の支柱
を備える支持構造を備え、
前記支持構造は高さHを有し、前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は0.3H〜0.7Hに配置される、耐火物。 - 第1の部材により連結される第1の複数の支柱、および
第2の部材により連結される、前記第1の複数の支柱と略平行な第2の複数の支柱
を備える支持構造を備え、
前記支持構造は少なくとも1.5の高さ対幅比を有し、前記支持構造は100mm以下の剛度係数を有し、前記支持構造は5%以下の中実対開放体積比を有する、耐火物。 - 第1の部材により連結される第1の複数の支柱、および
第2の部材により連結される、前記第1の複数の支柱と略平行な第2の複数の支柱
を備える支持構造を備え、
前記支持構造は1200kg以下の重量を有し、前記支持構造は100mm以下の剛度係数を有し、前記支持構造は5%以下の中実対開放体積比を有する、耐火物。 - 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材はそれぞれ、略水平方向に延びる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は、前記第1の複数の支柱および前記第2の複数の支柱の方向に略垂直な角度で延びる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材はそれぞれ略円筒形である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材はそれぞれ略中空である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 複数の支持シューをさらに備え、
前記第1の複数の支柱および前記第2の複数の支柱はそれぞれ、前記複数の支持シューのうち1つと係合する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。 - 前記複数の支持シューはそれぞれ、前記支柱のうち1つを受容する内部空洞を画定する4つの側壁を有する直線構成本体を備え、2つの対向する側壁の上部は垂直な前記側壁に対して角度ASを成し、ASは80°以下である、請求項8に記載の耐火物。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は直径DMを有し、前記第1の複数の支柱および前記第2の複数の支柱は直径DPを有し、DMはDP未満である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記第1の複数の支柱と前記第2の複数の支柱との間に延びる複数の支持部材をさらに備え、前記支持部材は前記耐火物に複数の支持レベルを形成する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記支持構造は高さHを有し、前記第1の複数の支柱は0.01H〜0.3Hおよび0.7H〜1Hで前記第1の部材のみにより連結され、前記第2の複数の支柱は0.01H〜0.3Hおよび0.7H〜1Hで前記第2の部材のみにより連結される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の少なくとも1つは、前記第1の複数の支柱または前記第2の複数の支柱に対して浮動する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記支持構造は少なくとも1.55の高さ対幅比を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記支持構造は4.75%以下の中実対開放体積比を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
