Claims (4)

  1. 第1及び第2の対向する主表面を有する裏材と、
    前記第1の主表面に固定された成形された研磨複合物と、
    を備える構造化研磨物品であって、
    前記正確に成形された研磨複合物は、結合剤マトリックス中に分散された研磨グリットを含み、
    前記成形された研磨複合物の少なくとも一部は独立に、
    底面と、
    前記底面と反対側で前記底面に接触していない上面であって、少なくとも1つの内側凹部を含む、上面と、
    n個の側壁であって、nは3以上の整数を表し、前記n個の側壁のそれぞれは前記底面及び前記上面の両方に隣接し、前記n個の側壁のそれぞれは前記n個の側壁の他の2つに隣接する、n個の側壁と、
    前記上面と前記n個の側壁のうち対応する異なる1つとによって形成された少なくとも2つの尖頭であって、前記少なくとも1つの内側凹部が前記少なくとも2つの尖頭よりも前記底面に近い、少なくとも2つの尖頭と、を含む、構造化研磨物品。
  2. ワークピースを研磨する方法であって、請求項に記載の構造化研磨物品の前記研磨層の少なくとも一部を前記ワークピースの表面に摩擦接触させることと、前記ワークピース又は前記研磨層の少なくとも一方を他方に対して動かして、前記ワークピースの前記表面の少なくとも一部を研磨することと、を含む、方法。
  3. 第1及び第2の対向する主表面を有する裏材と、
    前記第1の主表面に固定された成形された研磨複合物と、
    を備える構造化研磨物品であって、
    前記正確に成形された研磨複合物は、結合剤マトリックス中に分散された研磨グリットを含み、
    前記成形された研磨複合物の少なくとも一部は独立に、
    底面と、
    前記底面と反対側で前記底面に接触していない上面であって、少なくとも1つの内側凹部と少なくとも2つの三角形ファセットとを含む、上面と、
    n個の側壁であって、nは3以上の整数を表し、前記n個の側壁のそれぞれは前記底面及び前記上面の両方に隣接し、前記n個の側壁のそれぞれは前記n個の側壁の他の2つに隣接し、前記少なくとも2つの三角形ファセットのそれぞれは、前記n個の側壁のそれぞれの異なる1つに隣接する、n個の側壁と、
    前記少なくとも2つの三角形ファセットのうちの少なくとも2つによって部分的に形成された少なくとも2つの尖頭であって、前記少なくとも1つの内側凹部が前記少なくとも2つの尖頭よりも前記底面に近い、少なくとも2つの尖頭と、を含む、構造化研磨物品。
  4. ワークピースを研磨する方法であって、請求項3に記載の構造化研磨物品の前記研磨層の少なくとも一部を前記ワークピースの表面に摩擦接触させることと、前記ワークピース又は前記研磨層の少なくとも一方を他方に対して動かして、前記ワークピースの前記表面の少なくとも一部を研磨することと、を含む、方法。
