Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態を通じて本発明に従う金属成分と非金属成分鉱物の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置に対して説明する。ただし、以下の実施形態に対する説明は本発明の好ましい実施形態の一例に提示されたものであり、如何なる意味にもこれによって本発明が制限されることと解析できないことに留意しなければならない。
Claims (12)
- 給電部を含む動力部、選別部、及び回収部からなり、
前記動力部は、回転運動を発生させる動力源を含み、
前記選別部は、鉱物供給部、前記鉱物供給部に供給される微細鉱物が前記動力部からの動力伝達により重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分に各々選別されるデッキ部(deck)、前記デッキ部の表面上に形成される1つ以上のリップル(riffle)を含む多数のリップル部、及び前記重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分に流体を供給するための流体供給部を含み、
前記回収部は、前記選別部の前記デッキ部の一側に形成される選別鉱物回収部を含み、
前記デッキ部の表面上に形成された1つ以上の前記リップルの前端または後端に対応する前記デッキ部の底面には、電磁石が配置されることを特徴とする、重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。 - 前記動力部と前記選別部との間には搖動生成部がさらに設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 前記搖動生成部は、前記動力部の回転運動の伝達を受けて前記選別部の前記デッキ部を左右方向または上下方向に搖動させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 前記リップル部は、前記鉱物供給部から前記選別鉱物回収部に向けて前記デッキ部の左右方向に多数個が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 前記リップル部は、前記鉱物供給部から前記選別鉱物回収部に向けて左右方向に対して互いに異なる傾斜角に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 前記選別部の前記デッキ部は、地面に対し、−5゜〜+10゜の間の傾斜角を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 前記傾斜角は、+5゜〜+7゜であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 前記電磁石は、上下方向に磁力の強さが異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 給電部を含み、回転運動を発生させる動力源を含む動力部と、
鉱物供給部、前記鉱物供給部に供給される微細鉱物が前記動力部からの動力伝達により重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分に各々選別されるデッキ部、前記デッキ部の表面上に形成される1つ以上のリップル(riffle)を含む多数のリップル部、及び前記重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分に流体を供給するための流体供給部を含む選別部と、
前記選別部の前記デッキ部の一側に形成される選別鉱物回収部を含む回収部とを含み、
前記動力部と前記選別部との間には、前記動力部の回転運動の伝達を受けて前記選別部の前記デッキ部を左右方向または上下方向に搖動させるための搖動生成部がさらに設置され、
前記デッキ部の表面上に形成された1つ以上のリップルの前端または後端に対応する前記デッキ部の底面には電磁石が配置され、
前記選別部の前記デッキ部が、地面に対し、+5゜〜+7゜の傾斜角を有することを特徴とする、重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。 - 前記リップル部は、前記鉱物供給部から前記選別鉱物回収部に向けて前記デッキ部の左右方向に多数個が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 前記リップル部は、前記鉱物供給部から前記選別鉱物回収部に向けて左右方向に対して互いに異なる傾斜角に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
- 左右方向に多数個に分割された前記電磁石は、上下方向に磁力の強さが異なることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の重鉱物成分と磁性鉱物成分の同時選別が可能な比重選別装置。
