一种直线行波磁选机,包括分选槽、精矿斗、尾矿斗,分选槽为方形结构,底部为矩形平面,分选槽的上部两端分别设有进料斗及冲选介质管,分选槽底面两端分别与精矿斗和尾矿斗连接,分选槽的底面上开有均匀分布的通孔,通孔与管道相连,行波磁场线圈设在分选槽下方,与分选槽固接。本发明的直线行波磁选机结构简单,由于没有运动部件,维修极为方便,它能连续给矿料,连续分选,连续排矿,同时,通过电磁调节或变频技术,可调节磁场力大小及磁场直线运动速度,实现不同磁性矿物、不同分选速度的分选作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及选矿设备,尤其是一种直线行波磁选机。
背景技术
迄今为止,磁力选矿多利用永磁固定磁场或电磁固定磁场,在磁场作用下,磁性矿粒(矿浆)受固定磁场磁力作用,向磁极运动,从而被吸附在非磁性材料做成的圆筒上,圆筒作旋转运动,把磁性物料与非磁性矿物分离,这种磁力选矿设备的缺点是结构复杂,运动部件和传动系统需经常维修。另外,因磁极固定,磁场亦固定,矿物在圆筒表面上只能做翻滚运动,分选效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构简单、维修方便,可连续分选的直线行波磁选机。
本发明的直线行波磁选机,包括分选槽、精矿斗、尾矿斗,分选槽为方形结构,底部为矩形平面,分选槽的上部两端分别设有进料斗及冲选介质管,分选槽底面两端分别与精矿斗和尾矿斗连接,分选槽的底面上开有均匀分布的通孔,通孔与管道相连,行波磁场线圈设在分选槽下方,与分选槽固接。
本发明的直线行波磁选机工作原理是:矿浆由进料斗进入分选槽中,均匀撒落在分选槽下部矩形平面上,与此同时,行波磁场线圈导通三相电源,产生由左向右作行波运动的直线磁场,矿浆中的磁性物料(铁、钴镍、锰等)在行波磁场作用下,向精矿斗一端移动、团聚及翻滚,矿物在运动过程中,又受到冲选介质管中出来的逆方向的冲选介质冲刷,当磁场运动力大于逆行冲选介质的冲选力时,磁性矿物则向右方向移动并落入精矿斗中,从精矿斗排出。矿浆中的非磁性物料不受直线磁场影响,只受到冲选介质的冲洗,向左端移动进入尾矿斗中,从尾矿斗中排出。由于在行波磁场作用下,磁性矿粒易产生团聚,团聚时矿团中会夹带非磁性矿粒,这部分团聚的矿团可通过分选槽底部通孔中充入的水或气冲散,使结团的磁性物料与非磁性物料分离。
本发明的直线行波磁选机结构简单,由于没有运动部件,维修极为方便,它能连续给矿料,连续分选,连续排矿,同时,通过电磁调节或变频技术,可调节磁场力大小及磁场直线运动速度,实现不同磁性矿物、不同分选速度的分选作业。

一种直线行波磁选机,包括分选槽1、精矿斗3、尾矿斗6,分选槽1为方形结构,底部为矩形平面,分选槽1的上部两端分别设有进料斗9及冲选介质管2,分选槽1底面两端分别与精矿斗3和尾矿斗6连接,介质回收管7与尾矿斗6相通,分选槽1的底面上开有均匀分布的通孔8,通孔8与管道5相连,管道5中可充入水或气,行波磁场线圈4设在分选槽1下方,与分选槽1固接。

1.一种直线行波磁选机,包括分选槽(1)、精矿斗(3)、尾矿斗(6),其特征在于:分选槽(1)为方形结构,底部为矩形平面,分选槽(1)的上部两端分别设有进料斗(9)及冲选介质管(2),分选槽(1)底面两端分别与精矿斗(3)和尾矿斗(6)连接,分选槽(1)的底面上开有均匀分布的通孔(8),通孔(8)与管道(5)相连,直线行波磁场线圈(4)设在分选槽(1)下方,与分选槽(1)固接。
