Claims (23)
- コアと前記コアを囲む気密シェルとを備え、ホイルラップされた真空断熱材であって、前記コアと前記シェルの間に、紙、ボール紙および/または板紙の1以上の層がさらに設けられ、これらの層が、好適には粉末を通さない方式で、前記コアを完全に包んだことを特徴とする、前記ホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 紙またはボール紙の単層が坪量40g/m2以上、例えば50g/m2以上、好ましくは60g/m2以上、特に好ましくは80g/m2以上、さらに好ましくは100g/m以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 紙またはボール紙の単層が坪量250g/m2以下、例えば225g/m2以下、好ましくは200g/m2以下、特に好ましくは175g/m2以下、さらに好ましくは150g/m以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 紙および/またはボール紙の多層、好ましくは3層を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 少なくとも1の紙の層を1または2の隣接する紙の層と接合、好ましくは接着し単層としたことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 紙またはボール紙の多層の少なくとも1つ、好ましくは紙またはボール紙の内部層が波形であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 全体で紙の3層を設け、その各々の坪量が40g/m2以上および/または250g/m2以下であり、紙またはボール紙の接合した層からなる全体の層の全体の坪量が120g/m2から750g/m2の間、好ましくは150g/m2から600g/m2の間、より好ましくは170g/m2から500g/m2の間であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記紙が、40重量%以上の再生紙、好ましくは60重量%以上の再生紙、より好ましくは80重量%以上の再生紙から構成されていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 紙、ボール紙および/または板紙のプライまたは層が、完成した真空断熱材と概ね同形状である開放および/または閉鎖可能な中空体に形成されることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記開放および/または閉鎖可能な中空体が単独の紙、ボール紙または板紙のブランクから得られるものであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記開放および/または閉鎖可能な中空体を形成するために、紙のブランクが折り曲げられおよび/または接着されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記開放および/または閉鎖可能な中空体が紙バッグ(1)または板紙ボックス(11)であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記紙バッグ(1)または板紙ボックス(11)が、コア材料充填後に閉じられる、少なくとも1つの充填開口部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 紙バッグ(1)の前記充填開口部が、付属のタブによって、コア材料充填後に閉じられる、例えば接着されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 閉じる状態において、前記タブがパネル状の真空断熱材の端面を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 板紙ボックス(11)の前記充填開口部が、コア材料充填後に、蓋(20)によって、例えば分離された蓋を上面に配置することによってまたは一方が本体(17)となっている蓋(20)を折り曲げて閉めることによって、閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 閉じる状態において、前記蓋(20)が、パネル状の真空断熱材のベース表面または主要な表面を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記紙バッグ(1)または板紙ボックス(11)が、コア材料が充填される際および/または前記紙バッグ(1)または板紙ボックス(11)が圧縮または排気される際に、内包された空気を逃がす少なくとも1つの換気口を備えることを特徴とする、請求項12〜17のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 換気口が1つ以上の穿孔、好ましくは1つ以上のニードリングにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記紙バッグ(1)または板紙ボックス(11)が少なくとも1つの弁または少なくとも1つの弁領域を備えることを特徴とする、請求項12〜19のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 弁の前記領域において、全ての紙の層で穿孔またはニードリングを設けるが相互にオフセットであることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記コア材料が、多孔性粉末および/または繊維状材料で構成されるものおよび/または多孔性粉末および/または繊維状材料をプレス加工したものであることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
- 前記シェルが、金属ホイル、特にアルミニウムホイル、および/または、金属化ホイル、特に高バリヤ性ホイルを含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のホイルラップされた真空断熱材。
