Claims (16)
- 主に任意の電気絶縁体(5a)に封入された電機導体(5b)との工具(2a,2b)による接触を検出する装置であって、前記工具(2a,2b)は、導電性材料で作製されて、導電性材料から成る工具保持器(1a,1b)に固定され、前記工具と前記工具保持器の間に薄い電気絶縁体が設けられ、
インダクタンス(La,Lb)が工具(2a,2b)と工具保持器(1a,1b)との間に接続され、この接続は、工具(2a,2b)と工具保持器(1a,1b)との間に高Q値の並列共振回路が構築されるように行われ、前記並列共振回路に、この共振回路の特徴的発振パラメータの変化を特定する回路構成(3,7)が接続される、装置。 - 前記並列共振回路のキャパシタンス(C2)は機能的に、工具(2a,2b)、絶縁体、及び工具保持器(1a,1b)の構成によって形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記並列共振回路のキャパシタンス(C4)は、工具(2a,2b)と回路構成(3,7)の接続のキャパシタンス、特に、同軸ケーブル(4)のキャパシタンスによって形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記共振回路を構成するキャパシタンス(CS)は、出力キャパシタ(CA)によって少なくとも部分的に上昇する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのコイル(L)がインダクタンス(La,Lb)として設けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回路構成は、前記共振回路の励振電圧のための周波数発生器(3)と、前記励振電圧と共振回路電圧との間の位相シフトφを評価する位相検出器(7,11〜16)と、を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回路構成(3,7)は、前記共振回路の周波数応答を評価する装置を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回路構成は、前記共振回路の前記共振周波数のシフトを評価する装置(21,22)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回路構成は、前記共振回路の電圧振幅の変化を評価する装置(23)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ケーブル処理中の工具と導体の接触について、接触時間と、ケーブル処理工程内の特定の時間とに基づいて重み付けを行う装置が設けられ、前記装置により、除外製品の基準を定量的に特定可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 工具(2a,2b)は、工具保持器(1a,1b)上のいくつかの狭い場所にのみ当接し、これらの場所の間に開口部(30,31,32)が設けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 工具(2a,2b)と工具保持器(1a,1b)との間の前記電気絶縁体は、工具と工具保持器の両方、又はその一方の電気絶縁性コーティング、好ましくはセラミックコーティングによって形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの絶縁性中間ディスク(40)が、工具(2a,2b)と工具保持器(1a,1b)との間に設けられ、前記工具又は前記工具保持器に、好ましくは少なくとも1つのセラミック板が固定され、この固定は、好ましくは接着剤で行われる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 工具(2a,2b)間の距離を測定するエンコーダが設けられ、前記回路構成は、前記共振回路の前記発振パラメータの変化が特定されたときに、前記工具(2a,2b)間の距離から前記導体(5b)の直径を算出するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記工具は、ケーブル(5)のストリップ装置のストリップブレード(2a,2b)である、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 工具保持器(1a,1b)上で保持される少なくとも1つのストリップブレード(2a,2b)と、前記ストリップブレードのうちの少なくとも1つによる、ケーブル(5)の電気導体(5b)との接触を検出する装置と、を含むストリップ装置であって、
前記ストリップブレードは、請求項1乃至15のいずれか一つに記載された装置の前記工具保持器上の前記工具である、ストリップ装置。
