Claims (27)
- 排気処理流体システムであって、
吸引ポートおよび吐出ポートを含み、排気処理流体を貯蔵するタンク筐体と、
前記タンク筐体内に位置する第1の端部と、前記吸引ポートと連通する第2の端部と、を有する吸引管と、
前記吐出ポートに固定され、排気処理流体が前記タンク筐体に戻される際に前記排気処理流体がその表面に沿って流れるようにし、非円形の断面を含み、長く延び出す層流装置と、
を有する排気処理流体システム。 - 前記タンク筐体内に配置され、前記吐出ポートに固定された吐出管をさらに有し、該吐出管のなかに前記層流装置が配置されている、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記吐出管は内面を含み、前記層流装置の前記非円形の断面は、前記層流装置の表面と前記吐出管の前記内面との間に空隙を提供する、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置の横断面は正方形である、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置の横断面は三角形である、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置の横断面はY字形である、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置の横断面は十字形である、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置の横断面は星形である、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置の横断面は平面を含む、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記排気処理流体の流体面位置と前記排気処理流体の濃度とのうちの少なくとも一方を測定するセンサをさらに含み、該センサは前記タンク筐体内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記センサから出力される信号に基づいて故障コード警告を送信するか否かを判断するコントローラをさらに含み、該コントローラは、前記故障コード警告を送信するか否かを判断する前に、所定の長さの時間にわたり前記信号を無視する、請求項10に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記所定の長さの時間は、前記排気処理流体を送出するポンプが呼び水操作を開始する時に始まる、請求項11に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記センサから出力された前記信号を以前に予め保存しておいた数値と比較して、前記信号と前記以前に予め保存しておいた数値との前記比較に基づいて前記信号を無視することを開始するか否かを判断する、請求項11に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記タンク内に配置され、前記排気処理流体の前記流体面位置と前記濃度とのうちのもう一方を測定する他のセンサをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記センサから出力された信号および前記他のセンサから出力された信号を予め保存しておいた数値と比較し、前記信号と前記以前に予め保存しておいた数値との前記比較に基づいて前記信号が無視される間のタイマをスタートさせるか否かを判断する、請求項14に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記センサおよび前記他のセンサからの前記信号は、両方の信号が前記以前に予め保存しておいた数値と比較された時に所望の範囲から逸脱する場合にのみ無視される、請求項15に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記センサおよび前記他のセンサに近接して配置された温度センサをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記タンク筐体と密閉状態で係合する隔壁をさらに含み、前記吸引管と前記層流装置とは前記隔壁に固定される、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置は、前記タンクに連結されるねじ切り端と、反対の自由端と、を含む、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置は縦以外の向きに位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 排気処理流体システムであって、
排気処理流体を貯蔵するためのタンク筐体であって、車両に固定されるようになされたタンクと、
前記タンク内に配置された吸引管と、
前記吸引管と流体連通する入口と、出口と、を含む噴射装置と、
前記タンク筐体内に配置され、前記出口と流体連通する長い層流装置であって、前記排気処理流体が前記出口から流れ、前記層流装置の外面を横切って流れるように方向付けられる、長い層流装置と、
を含む排気処理流体システム。 - 前記タンク内に配置され、前記出口と流体連通し、かつ前記層流装置を周辺的に取り囲む吐出管をさらに含み、前記出口から流れる前記排気処理流体が前記吐出管を通っても流れる、請求項21に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記吸引管と前記吐出管との各々は、前記タンクの内面から離間された開放端を含む、請求項22に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置は前記吐出管の長さ全体にわたって延びる、請求項22に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記吸引管に連結され、第1の方向に駆動された時に前記タンクから前記噴射装置へと加圧された排気処理流体を供給するポンプをさらに含み、前記ポンプは、前記噴射装置から前記排気処理流体をパージするために反対方向に駆動可能である、請求項22に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置は、そこを通る排気処理流体の流れを排除する中実のコアを含む、請求項21に記載の排気処理流体システム。
- 前記層流装置の断面は十字形である、請求項21に記載の排気処理流体システム。
