Abstract
Description
図8に示されるように、高い焼成温度は、触媒をNOx還元へ不活性化し、又はNOx変換に許容できる温度域を狭め得る。
硫酸マンガン水和物(44.0g、0.26mol)が、マグネティックスターラーバー及びコンデンサーを取り付けた丸底フラスコで、水(150mL)及び濃硝酸(12mL)の混合液に溶解される。水(500mL)中の過マンガン酸カリウム水溶液(29.5g、0.185mol)が加えられ、混合溶液は、3日の期間に渡り16時間還流する(1日目:6.5時間;2日目:7.5時間;3日目:2時間)。固形物は、ろ過によって回収され、導電率が約20μSになるまで水で洗浄される。生成物は105℃で乾燥される。収量:41.2g。触媒は、使用前に500℃(F500C)で2時間、又は600℃(F600C)で2時間焼成される。
5wt%オン市販β−ゼオライト触媒は、下記のようにインシピエントウエットネス技術によって調製される:5wt%の鉄をローディングするのに必要な硝酸鉄(Fe(NO3)3・9H2O)の量が、脱イオン水に溶解される。溶液の総量は、試料の細孔容積と等しい。溶液は、β−ゼオライトに加えられ、得られる混合物は105℃で一晩乾燥され、その後、空気中にて500℃で1時間焼成される。
OMS−2と上記のように調整された5%鉄オンβ−ゼオライトが、2:1、1:1、または1:2の質量比で混合され、物理的混合物は500℃、550℃、又は600℃で2時間焼成される。
硫酸マンガン水和物(11.02g、0.065mol)が、マグネティックスターラーバー及びコンデンサーを取り付けた丸底フラスコで、水(37.5mL)及び濃硝酸(3.0mL)の混合液に溶解される。硫酸マンガンが溶解すると、β−ゼオライト(10.0g)が加えられ、ピンク色のスラリーを形成し、均一になるまで撹拌される。水(125mL)中の過マンガン酸カリウム(7.36g、0.047mol)の溶液が加えられ、混合物は一晩還流される。固形物は、ろ過によって回収され、導電率が約20μSになるまで水で洗浄される。生成物は105℃で乾燥される。収量:約20g。複合触媒は、使用前に500℃で2時間焼成される。いくつかの実験のために、触媒はさらに600℃で2時間焼成される。
β−ゼオライトの代わりにウルトラステーブルY−ゼオライトが用いられることを除いて、OMS−2/β−ゼオライト複合体を調製するために試用される手順が用いられる。複合触媒は、使用前に500℃で2時間焼成される。いくつかの実験のために、触媒はさらに600℃で2時間焼成される。
予備ペレット化されたコーディエライトが、500℃で2時間焼成後の予備ペレット化されたOMS−2と1:1の質量比で物理的に混合される。
触媒の粉末試料は、元の試料のペレット化、ペレットの粉砕、その後、得られた粉末を255〜350μmの篩に通すことにより得られる。篩分けされた粉末は、Synthetic catalyst activity test(SCAT)反応器にロードされて、還元剤としてアンモニアを含む下記合成ディーゼル排ガス混合物(入口で)を使用して試験される:30,000h−1の空間速度で、350ppm NO、385ppm NH3、12% O2、4.5% CO2、4.5% H2O及びバランスN2である。
Claims (27)
- a.酸化マンガンを含む八面体モレキュラーシーブ(OMS)1〜99wt%;及び
b.中孔及び/又は大孔モレキュラーシーブ1〜99wt%;
を含む、選択的触媒的還元反応に有用な触媒。 - モレキュラーシーブが鉄または銅を更に含む、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- モレキュラーシーブ上に0.1〜10wt%の鉄または銅を含む、請求項2に記載の触媒。
- 10〜90wt%のOMS及び90〜10wt%のモレキュラーシーブを含む、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 八面体モレキュラーシーブがOMS−2である、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- モレキュラーシーブの存在下でOMSが形成される、請求項1に記載の複合触媒。
- OMSとモレキュラーシーブとの物理的混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- OMSがモレキュラーシーブ上に堆積された、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- OMSがCa、Ti、V、Cr、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ce、Zr、Mo、W、及びPrからなる群から選択される金属でドープされた、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- モレキュラーシーブが、ベータ、ウルトラステーブルY、FER、及びMFIからなる群から選択されるフレームワークを有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 請求項1に記載の触媒及び還元剤の存在下、窒素酸化物を含むガス混合物を選択的に還元することを含む、方法。
- 100℃〜650℃の範囲内の温度で行われる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 還元剤が、アンモニア及びC1−C8炭化水素からなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 還元剤がアンモニアである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、OMS−2及びβ−ゼオライト、FER−ゼオライト、Y―ゼオライト、FAU−ゼオライト、又はMFIゼオライトを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- OMS−2が、β−ゼオライト、FER−ゼオライト、Y−ゼオライト、FAU−ゼオライト、またはMFI−ゼオライトの存在下で形成される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、300℃〜750℃で焼成される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、β−ゼオライト、FER−ゼオライト、Y−ゼオライト、FAU−ゼオライト、又はMFI−ゼオライト上に、OMS−2及び鉄を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、300℃〜700℃の温度で焼成される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- ゼオライトを有さないOMS触媒を用いた同様の方法と比較して、300℃より高い温度における窒素酸化物の%転換が改善される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ゼオライトを有さないOMS触媒を用いた同様の方法と比較して、150℃〜400℃でのN2O形成が減少する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- OMSを有さないゼオライト触媒を用いた同様の方法と比較して、150℃〜250℃の温度における、窒素酸化物の%転換が改善する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 窒素酸化物を含む排ガスを処理するための物品であって、基材と、基材上に堆積された請求項1に記載の触媒とを含む、物品。
- 基材が、モノリス、プレート、又はシートである、請求項23に記載の物品。
- 還元剤の存在下で、窒素酸化物の少なくとも一部を請求項23に記載の物品に接触させ、窒素酸化物の少なくとも一部をN2と水とに選択的に還元することを含む排ガス混合物中の窒素酸化物の処理を含む方法。
- 基材と、基材上に堆積された、請求項1に記載の触媒を含む第一の層又は領域及びアンモニア酸化触媒を含む第二の層又は領域とを含む、アンモニアを含む排ガスを処理するための物品。
- SCR法の下流側で排ガス中のアンモニアを処理することを含む方法であって、アンモニアの少なくとも一部を請求項26に記載の物品と接触させ、アンモニアの少なくとも一部を酸化させることを含む、方法。
