Abstract
Description
図1〜図3に示したように、本発明は、第1透明電極層と第2透明電極層を備える。
絶縁層300は、第1透明電極層100と第2透明電極層200の電気的連結を防止するために、第1透明電極層100と第2透明電極層200との間に形成される。但し、図2及び図3に示したように、第2透明電極層200が隣接した第1透明電極層100の第2パターン120を電気的に連結する場合には、第1透明電極層100と電気的に連結される必要があるので、絶縁層300が形成されない部分が必要である。このように、絶縁層300領域において絶縁層300が形成されない部分をコンタクトホール400(図2の(3))という。したがって、コンタクトホール400では、第1透明電極層(第2パターン)と第2透明電極層の電気的接続が行われる。
透明基板は、タッチスクリーンパネルの最外面を形成し、人体の手または物体が直接接触するようになる部分である。人体の手または物体が直接接触するようになる反対面には、本発明の透明電極積層体が形成される。図3に示したように、本発明の透明電極積層体は、透明基板上に第1透明電極層から順次に積層されて形成される。
本発明の透明電極積層体は、必要に応じて、透明電極層100、200が外部環境(水分、空気など)により汚染されることを防止するため、透明電極積層体を基準として透明基板が接合された面の反対面側にパッシベーション層をさらに備えることができる。
接着層は、本発明の透明電極積層体をディスプレイパネル部と接合させる。接着層は、透明な硬化性樹脂組成物を塗布した後に硬化して形成するか(OCR)、既にフィルム形態になったものを圧着して形成することができる(OCA)。
下記表1に記載した厚さで透明電極積層体を製造し、各位置別平均反射率を測定し、前記平均反射率の最大値と最小値の差を記載した。
下記表2に記載した厚さで透明電極積層体を製造し、各位置別平均反射率及び前記平均反射率の最大値と最小値の差を記載した。前記平均反射率は、400nm〜700nmでの反射率の平均を意味する。
下記表3に記載した厚さで透明電極積層体を製造し、各位置別平均反射率及び前記平均反射率の最大値と最小値の差を記載した。前記平均反射率は、400nm〜700nmでの反射率の平均を意味する。

Claims (11)
- 透明基板上に各々予め決まったパターンで積層される第1透明電極層及び第2透明電極層と、
前記第1透明電極層と前記第2透明電極層との間に介在された絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層に形成されて前記第1透明電極層と前記第2透明電極層を電気的に連結するコンタクトホールと、を含み、
前記第1透明電極層と前記第2透明電極層は、各々その厚さが100〜200nmであり、
前記絶縁層は、その厚さが1,000〜2,000nmであることを特徴とする透明電極積層体。 - 前記第1透明電極層及び前記第2透明電極層は、各々屈折率が1.8〜1.98であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記絶縁層は、屈折率が1.4〜1.6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記透明基板は、厚さが0.1〜0.7mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記透明基板は、屈折率が1.4〜1.6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記透明電極積層体を基準として、前記透明基板の反対側面にパッシベーション層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記パッシベーション層は、厚さが2,000nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記パッシベーション層は、屈折率が1.4〜1.6であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記透明基板は、透明電極が形成される面の反対面に少なくとも1層の光学機能層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 前記光学機能層は、反射防止層及び汚染防止層の中の少なくとも1層であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の透明電極積層体。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のうちいずれか1項に記載の前記透明電極積層体を備えたことを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル。
