本実験では、1,3−双極子付加環化におけるDMF又はDMSOに対する溶媒代替物の使用を調査した。代替溶媒として、N−メチルピロリドン(NMP)、メトキシプロピルアセテート(MPA)及び2種のナフサ系溶媒を試験した。これらの溶媒は、ポリウレタン系コーティング剤の製剤化に現在使用されている。
実施例6の生成物の調製及びクリック反応に対する反応溶媒としてのMPAによる有望な結果に基づき、両方の反応でMPAを溶媒として使用する「ワンポット」プロセスを試みた。いずれのトリエチルアミン触媒も不在の下、60℃で4時間、MDIとプロパルギルアルコールとの間の反応により実施例6の生成物を調製し、その後、粗反応混合物の試料を10mol%ローディングの酢酸銅(II)の存在下で1時間ベンジルアジドと反応させてJC2を得た。得られた生成物の1H NMRは、5.15、5.56、及び8.2で実施例9のビストリアゾールに対する特徴的なピークを示し、実施例6の生成物の調製に成功したこと、また、その後にCuAACクリック反応が円滑に進んで実施例9のビストリアゾールを生じたことを示唆する。
Claims (15)
- 2以上のアジド基が付着しているアジド化合物と、2以上のアルキン基が付着しているアルキン化合物との反応生成物であって、前記アジド基及び前記アルキン基が1,3−双極子付加環化において反応して1,4−二置換トリアゾールを形成し、前記アジド化合物若しくは前記アルキン化合物又はその両方が−O−(C=O)−NR−官能基(Rは水素又はアルキルである)を含む、反応生成物。
- 前記アジド化合物及び/又は前記アルキン化合物が、各官能基が付着しているプレポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記プレポリマーがポリウレタンプレポリマーである、請求項2に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記アジド化合物が前記アジド基のβ−炭素上にヒドロキシル基を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記アジド化合物が、ポリイソシアネート又はイソシアネート終端ポリウレタンプレポリマーと、イソシアネートに対して反応性の官能基、好ましくはヒドロキシル基を有するエポキシ化合物との反応、及び求核性アジドとのその後の反応により得ることができる、請求項4に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記アジド化合物が、求核性アジドとエポキシ化合物との反応、及びポリイソシアネートとのその後の反応により得ることができる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記エポキシ化合物はグリシドールである、請求項5又は6に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートがMDI又は末端MDI残基を含有するプレポリマーである、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記アルキン化合物が、エポキシ化合物と、エポキシドに対して反応性の官能基、好ましくはアミン基又はチオール基を有するアルキンとの反応、及びアルキン基含有アルキル化剤とのその後の反応により得ることができる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記アルキン基含有アルキル化剤がプロパルギルハロゲン化物である、請求項9に記載の反応生成物。
- 前記アルキン化合物が、ポリイソシアネートと、イソシアネートに対して反応性の官能基、好ましくはアミン基、ヒドロキシ基又はチオール基を有するアルキンとの反応によって得ることができる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物。
- コーティング剤、好ましくはフラットルーフ用コーティング剤、シーラント、接着剤として、及びエラストマー用途における請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物を作製する方法であって、該方法が、
2以上のアジド基が付着しているアジド化合物と、2以上のアルキン基が付着しているアルキン化合物とを、任意の触媒及び溶媒の存在下で反応させることを含み、前記溶媒が、好ましくはDMF、DMSO、若しくはメトキシプロピルアセテート、又はそれらの混合物を含む、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物を作製する方法。 - 前記反応生成物を提供する反応が、CuI系触媒、好ましくは酢酸銅(II)一水和物からin situで調製される触媒とトリフェニルホスフィンとを含むものである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の反応生成物のコーティング剤を含む基層。
