この実施例は、ベンゼン-ウレタン-ジエポキシ、ポリマーC(図3参照)の合成を説明する。
比較例1のポリマーは次のものである。
表1は、実施例1~4並びに比較例1及び2に示されたポリマー固体電解質の特性データを示している。
この実施例は、次の一般構造を有するポリエチレングリコール-ビス-カルバメートポリマーの合成を説明する。図6も参照。
この実施例は、ポリエチレングリコール-ビス-尿素、ポリマーGの合成を説明する(図3参照)。
この実施例は、ポリプロピレングリコール-ビス-カルバメート、ポリマーEの合成を説明する(図3参照)。
この実施例は、ポリフェニレン-ビス-カルバメート、ポリマーFの合成を説明する(図3参照)。
この例は、ポリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ポリマーDの合成を説明する。
表4は、同じ測定方法及び条件を用いた実施例5~8の比較データセットを示している。
Claims (14)
- 次式からなる群から選択されたポリマーを架橋反応した架橋ポリマーを含む物品であって、
mが1であり、
R2 、R 5 、及びR6が水素原子である、物品。 - 前記架橋ポリマー形成のための架橋反応が、前記ポリマーと第2のポリマーとを含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリマーが尿素及び/又はカルバメート官能基を介して架橋された、請求項1又は2に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が可塑剤と電解質塩とをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記可塑剤が、エチレンカーボネート及び/又はコハク酸ニトリル、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリカーボネート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリ乳酸、グルタロニトリル、ヘキソニトリル、マロノニトリル、オリゴエーテル、プロピレンカーボネート、又はフルオロエチレンカーボネートを含む、請求項4に記載の物品。
- 前記可塑剤が、コハク酸ニトリル、又はエチレンカーボネートを含む、請求項4に記載の物品。
- 前記電解質塩がリチウム塩を含む、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリマーが開始剤の存在下架橋され、前記開始剤が0.001から0.01のモル分率を有する、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリマーが0.027から0.200のモル分率を有し、前記可塑剤が0.287から0.916のモル分率を有し、前記電解質塩が0.04から0.617のモル分率を有する、請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が無機添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記無機添加剤が、Al2O3、SiO2、SiOx、TiO2、Li3PS4、Li10GeP2S12、Li7La3Zr2O12、Li6.4La3Zr1.4Ta0.6O12、LiLaTiO3、Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3、及び/又はLi1.3Al0.3Ge1.7(PO4)3、ZrO2、BaTiO3、Li2TiO3を含む、請求項10に記載の物品。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の物品を含む電気化学セルであって、前記電気化学セルが電池、リチウムイオン電池、又はリチウムイオン固体電池である電気化学セル。
- ポリマー固体電解質を製造する方法であって、
ポリマーを含む組成物を溶媒と混合してスラリーを形成すること、
前記溶媒を除去すること、及び
前記ポリマーを架橋させて架橋ポリマーを形成し、その後、架橋ポリマーを含む固体電解質を形成すること、を含み、
前記ポリマーが、次式からなる群から選択された構造を含み、
mが1であり、
R2 、R 5、及びR6が水素原子である、ポリマー固体電解質を製造する方法。 - 前記ポリマーを架橋させる前に、前記溶媒に第2のポリマーを加えることをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
