Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 第1の動作アーム(6)および第2の動作アーム(6)を具備するハンドピース(8)と、
第1のスイッチ状態(82)および第2のスイッチ状態(84)を有する起動回路(80)と、
を含む電気手術システムであって、
前記起動回路(80)が前記第2のスイッチ状態(84)にありかつ前記ハンドピース(8)が第1の位置にある場合、治療電流が前記第1の動作アーム(6)と前記第2の動作アーム(6)との間で伝導され、
前記起動回路(80)が前記第2のスイッチ状態(84)にありかつ前記ハンドピースが第2の位置にある場合、前記治療電流は前記第1の動作アームまたは前記第2の動作アームと隣接したハンドピース構成要素との間で伝導され、
前記起動回路が前記第1のスイッチ状態にある場合、前記治療電流は伝導されない、
ことを特徴とする電気手術システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記電気手術システムは接地パッド(66)を含むことを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ハンドピース(8)が前記第1の位置にある場合、前記治療電流は双極エネルギーであり、前記ハンドピースが前記第2の位置にある場合、前記治療電流は単極エネルギーであることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記隣接したハンドピース構成要素は接地パッド(66)であることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記第2の位置では、前記第1の動作アームは前記第2の動作アームを越えて延出しているかまたはその逆であり、前記治療電流は単極エネルギーであり、前記単極エネルギーは、前記第1の動作アームまたは前記第2の動作アームと、前記接地パッド(66)である前記隣接したハンドピース構成要素との間に流れることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項5に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ハンドピース(8)が前記第2の位置にある場合に電力が前記第2のアームを通過することができないように、前記第2のアームは電気的に切断されていることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記接地パッド(66)が電気的に切断されておりかつ前記起動回路(80)が前記第2のスイッチ状態にある場合、前記治療電流は前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームとの間に伝導されることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ハンドピース(8)が前記第2の位置にある場合、前記第2の動作アームは不動化されることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ハンドピース(8)は、前記治療電流のみを生成することができるジェネレータ(150)に接続されていることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記手術システムは、前記ハンドピースに電力を供給するための2つの電力コネクタ(52)に接続されていることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記第2の動作アームおよび前記接地パッド(66)は、同一のケーブルにより前記発電機に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項11に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記第2の動作アームが前記第1の位置にある場合、前記第2の動作アームは電気的にアクティブでありかつ前記接地パッドは電気的に切断されており、前記第2の動作アームが前記第2の位置にある場合、前記第2の動作アームは電気的に切断されておりかつ前記接地パッドは電気的にアクティブであることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記第2の動作アームは双極アーム(30)であり、前記双極アーム(30)の前記ハンドピース(8)はバイパス(12)を含むことを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項13に記載の電気手術システムであって、電力が前記ジェネレータ(150)から前記バイパス(12)を通って前記接地パッド(66)へ流れ、そして前記接地パッド(66)が電力を供給されかつ前記発電機から前記接地パッドに直接つながる電線が開いていることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記隣接したハンドピース(8)構成要素は前記第2の動作アームであり、前記ハンドピースが第2の位置にありかつ前記治療電流が前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームとの間に流されている場合、前記第2の動作アームは延出位置から格納位置へ格納されていることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
