Abstract
Description
ドイツ特許第102004045026B3号は、U形状に曲げられた装着脚、それに続くばねアーチ、およびばねアーチに続く締付脚を有するループ形状締付ばねを備えた電気接続端子または電気結合端子を開示する。装着脚は、自由端部領域に切抜部を有し、切抜部から打ち抜かれた保持セクションおよび切抜部に隣接する横方向端縁に当接するように、切抜部を貫通して母線が挿入されている。締付脚の自由締付端部は母線の方向に向けられ、且つ母線と共に、挟み付けられるべき電気導体のための締付位置を形成する。
少なくとも1つの切欠部により、それに続く装着脚のセクションに比較して、より幅の狭い、短いウェブが提供される。このようなウェブは、可撓性ヒンジまたはヒンジ継手を形成する。締付脚およびばねアーチを介して締付ばねに作用する力は、締付ばねが最適に変形して隣接する絶縁材ハウジングに過大な力を与えることなく、この力が隣接する装着脚およびそれに続く母線に導かれるように、可撓性ヒンジ即ちウェブを介して受け取られる。これにより、締付ばねから絶縁材ハウジングへの力結合が低減される。したがって、装着脚内の少なくとも1つの切欠部により、絶縁材ハウジングにかかる力を軽減させるための緩衝装置が提供される。
母線上に、下方に突出する支持突起15に付属する凹部が示されている。この支持突起15は、母線9の材料からの変形過程において下方に押し出されている。
母線9の上側から下側へ内部に押し出され且つ母線9の下側の面から突出する支持突起15が、母線9に形成されていることがわかる。さらに、母線が、導体挿入方向Lに見て自由締付端部4の当接点の手前において、母線9の伸長長さに沿ってU形状曲げ部17を有することがわかる。並列方向Aに伸長するU形状曲げ部17の上側は、挟み付けられるべき電気導体に対する接点端縁11を形成する。さらに、装着脚6の自由端部セクション8の自由端部18は母線9の方向へ上方に曲げられているので、母線は、支持開口14内に入り込む支持突起15と組み合わせて位置が固定されている。
図16は、導体接続端子20の第2の実施形態を示す。この場合、はじめに、第1の実施形態の説明が参照可能である。第1の実施形態とは異なり、前方検査開口がなく、後方側の検査開口24′のみが存在する。操作レバー22およびその中間に位置する絶縁材ハウジング21もまた僅かに異なって設計されている。
図18は、締付位置が開放された、開放された操作レバー22の断面B−Bによる図16および17からの導体接続端子20を示す。この場合もまた、部分円形揺動ジャーナル27が母線9の上側およびウェブ13の下側の高さに配置され、且つ絶縁材ハウジング内に揺動可能に支持されている。この場合、母線9は、図7ないし11に示すばね力締付接続部1の第2の実施例と同様に、U形状曲げ部17を有するように設計されている。揺動ジャーナル27に形成された操作輪郭29は、図14および15に示す第1の実施形態とは多少異なって設計されているが、機能的には同じである。したがって、本質的に、第1の実施例による設計が参照可能である。

Claims (10)
- ループ形状に曲げられた少なくとも1つの締付ばね(2)および母線(9)を備えたばね力締付接続部(1)であって、この場合、締付ばね(2)が、母線(9)に当接する装着脚(6)、装着脚(6)に続くばねアーチ(5)、およびばねアーチ(5)に続き且つ自由締付端部(4)を母線(9)の方向に向けた締付脚(3)を有する、該ばね力締付接続部(1)において、
装着脚(6)が、ばね力締付接続部(1)に挟み付けられるべき電気導体の裸自由端部を受け入れるための導体受入ポケット(7)を形成するようにU形状に曲げられ、且つ母線(9)と向かい合うセクション内に、可撓性ヒンジを形成するための少なくとも1つの切欠部(12)を有することを特徴とするばね力締付接続部(1)。 - 装着脚(6)の両側に、相互に向かい合う一対の切欠部(12)が存在し、且つ装着脚(6)が、切欠部(12)の領域内に、ばねアーチ(5)および母線(9)に向けられた装着脚(6)のセクションよりも狭い幅をもつウェブ(13)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 母線(9)が装着脚(6)に傾斜運動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 装着脚(6)が、その自由端部セクション(8)に支持開口(14)または支持凹部を有し、母線(9)が、突出する支持突起(15)を有し、この場合、支持突起(15)がそれぞれ、付属の支持開口(14)または支持凹部内に入り込むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 支持開口(14)が、装着脚(6)の自由端部セクション(8)に、自由端部セクション(8)の周縁領域における切欠部として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 複数の締付ばね(2)が、相互に間隔をなして並列に配置され、且つ締付ばね(2)の並列方向(A)に伸長する共通の母線(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 前記複数の締付ばね(2)が、締付ばね(2)の並列方向(A)に伸長する、装着脚(6)の共通の自由端部領域(8)を有し、この場合、締付ばね(2)が自由端部領域(8)と一体に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 絶縁材ハウジング(21)内の請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つのばね力締付接続部(1)を特徴とする、絶縁材ハウジング(21)を備えた導体接続端子(20)。
- 前記複数の締付ばね(2)が、締付ばね(2)の並列方向(A)に伸長する、装着脚(6)の共通の自由端部領域(8)を有し、この場合、締付ばね(2)が自由端部領域(8)と一体に成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のばね力締付接続部(1)。
- 絶縁材ハウジング(21)内の、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つのばね力締付接続部(1)を特徴とする、絶縁材ハウジング(21)を備えた導体接続端子(20)。
