Abstract

一种电池连接器,用以电性连接电池组件至电路板,其包括设有若干收容槽的绝缘本体及装设于收容槽内的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持部、自固持部一端弯折延伸的焊接部,以及由固持部另一端延伸而出的弹性臂,所述弹性臂上设有接触部,接触部自由端设有止挡部,其中,所述止挡部的横截面呈圆弧形并背向接触部延伸。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电池连接器,尤指一种用于手机等便携式电子产品上的电池连接器。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平的提高,手机等便携式电子产品的使用日益广泛。目前市场上该类电子产品上一般采用电池连接器提供电力,电池连接器内收容有端子,如4所揭示的一种电池连接器100’,其包括设有收容槽11’的绝缘本体1’及装设于收容槽11’内的若干端子2’,所述端子2’包括固持部20’、自固持部20’一端弯折延伸的焊接部21’,以及由固持部20’另一端延伸而出的弹性臂22’,所述弹性臂22’上设有接触部23’,接触部23’自由端设有平板状止挡部24’,该止挡部24’利用预压力扣持于收容槽11’内的凹槽111’的上壁(未标示)。
使用时,需提供一外力按压端子2’的接触部23’,在预压力的作用下电池组件与端子2’的接触部23’紧密抵触,从而建立电性连接。由于平板状止挡部24’为冲压而成,冲压面上会有毛刺,在装配过程中端子2’的平板状止挡部24’靠预压力会卡入凹槽111’的上壁,从而导致一些端子2’在收容槽11’内前后位置不一致,且在作动过程中,该止挡部24’也有卡入凹槽111’的上壁的问题,使得压接过程不够顺畅。
鉴于此,实有必要提供一种新的电池连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防止导电端子组装过程中前后不一致的电池连接器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型涉及一种电池连接器,用以电性连接电池组件至电路板,其包括设有若干收容槽的绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持部、自固持部一端弯折延伸的焊接部,以及由固持部另一端延伸而出的弹性臂,所述弹性臂上设有接触部,接触部自由端设有止挡部,其中,所述止挡部的横截面呈圆弧形并背向接触部延伸。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:端子止挡部采用圆弧设计,使得止挡部的止挡面与绝缘本体扣持时比较圆滑,可以有效避免导电端子在装配过程中靠预压力卡入绝缘本体时,出现导电端子在收容槽内前后位置不齐的现象,且可使导电端子压接顺畅。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图2所示,本实用新型的电池连接器100,用以电性连接电池组件至电路板,其包括设有若干收容槽11的绝缘本体1及装设于收容槽101内的导电端子2。
绝缘本体1大体呈一方形设置,其包括顶壁10、两侧壁12及前壁11,其从前壁11开设有若干并列设置的收容槽101,每个收容槽101贯穿绝缘本体1的前壁11和顶壁10;每个收容槽101的内侧墙后端开设有凹槽1011。
导电端子2包括固持部20、自固持部20一端弯折延伸的焊接部21,以及由固持部20另一端延伸而出的弹性臂22,所述固持部20大致呈平板状,其两侧设有若干倒刺201以与绝缘本体1干涉配合后将导电端子2固持在绝缘本体1内。所述弹性臂22大致呈“S”状,其末端延伸设有“C”形接触部23,“C”形接触部23最高点设有一弧形的凸肋230以与电路板电性导接。接触部23自由端设有止挡部24。
所述止挡部24的横截面呈圆弧形。其中,该止挡部24长度方向的尺寸大于接触部23的宽度,所述止挡部24两端利用预压力分别扣持于收容槽101的凹槽1011的上壁(未标示)。
使用时电池组件按压“C”形接触部23,在弹性力的作用下与导电端子2电性接触。本实用新型电池连接器100的导电端子2的止挡部24采用横截面呈圆弧形并背向接触部23延伸设计,使得止挡部24与绝缘本体1扣持时比较圆滑,可以有效避免导电端子2在装配过程中靠预压力卡入绝缘本体1时出现导电端子2在收容槽101内前后位置不齐的现象,且可使导电端子2压接顺畅。

Claims (3)

1.一种电池连接器,其包括设有若干收容槽的绝缘本体及装设于收容槽内的导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持部、自固持部一端弯折延伸的焊接部,以及由固持部另一端延伸而出的弹性臂,所述弹性臂上设有接触部,接触部自由端设有止挡部,其特征在于:所述止挡部的横截面呈圆弧形并背向接触部延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部呈平板状,其上设有若干倒刺。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部大致呈“C”形,其上设有弧形的凸肋。
