Description
Claims (13)
- 互いに対向して離隔されている第1ガラスおよび第2ガラス;
前記第1ガラスと前記第2ガラスの間に、互いに離隔されて形成されており、1mm〜3mmの厚さを有する複数の第3ガラス;
前記の第1〜第3ガラスのうち隣接した二つのガラス間に11mm〜13mmの厚さで少なくとも4つ以上形成され、それぞれにアルゴン(Ar)ガスを含んで形成される充填ガス層;および
前記充填ガス層の側面を密封する密封材;を含むことを特徴とする超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記充填ガス層は、
アルゴンガス85%〜95%と空気5%〜15%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 互いに対向して離隔されている第1ガラスおよび第2ガラス;
前記第1ガラスと前記第2ガラス間に、互いに離隔されて形成されており、1mm〜3mmの厚さを有する複数の第3ガラス;
前記の第1〜第3ガラスのうち隣接した二つのガラス間に6mm〜10mmの厚さで少なくとも4つ以上形成され、それぞれにクリプトン(Kr)ガスを含んで形成される充填ガス層;および
前記充填ガス層の側面を密封する密封材;を含むことを特徴とする超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記充填ガス層は、
クリプトンガス85%〜95%と空気5%〜15%を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記第1ガラスおよび第2ガラスは、
5mm〜8mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記超断熱複層ガラスは、
前記第2ガラスとそれに隣接した充填ガス層間に形成される低放射コーティング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記超断熱複層ガラスは、
前記第3ガラスの表面に形成される反射防止コーティング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 5枚以上のガラスが互いに離隔されて配列され、それぞれのガラス間にアルゴン(Ar)ガスまたはクリプトン(Kr)ガスを含む充填ガス層が形成されており、熱還流率が0.7W/m2K未満であることを特徴とする超断熱複層ガラス。
- 前記アルゴンガスを含む充填ガス層は、
11mm〜13mmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記アルゴンガスを含む充填ガス層は、
アルゴンガス85%〜95%と空気5%〜15%を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記クリプトンガスを含む充填ガス層は、
6mm〜10mmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記クリプトンガスを含む充填ガス層は、
クリプトンガス85%〜95%と空気5%〜15%を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。 - 前記超断熱複層ガラスは、
最外郭ガラス間に1mm〜3mmの厚さで形成された複数のパーティションガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超断熱複層ガラス。
