Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態における製造方法によって製造されるタンク10の概略構成を示す断面図である。本実施形態におけるタンク10には、例えば、70MPa程度の高圧の水素ガスが貯蔵される。タンク10は、ライナー20と補強層30とを備えている。
上記実施形態において、シート層32に対する端部加工工程(図2の工程P30)は省略してもよい。例えば、シート繊維50を台形状に形成し、それを巻回することによっても、シート層32の端部36,37を傾斜させることが可能である。

Claims (3)
- ライナーを備えるタンクの製造方法であって、
(A)前記ライナーよりも剛性が高いマンドレルに、樹脂が含浸されたシート状の繊維を巻回して加熱硬化させてシート層を形成する工程と、
(B)前記シート層から前記マンドレルを抜く工程と、
(C)前記工程(B)の後に、前記シート層内に前記ライナーを嵌める工程と、
を備える製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のタンクの製造方法であって、
前記ライナーは、円筒状のストレート部と、前記ストレート部の端部に設けられた曲面状のドーム部と、を有し、
(D)前記工程(A)の後に、前記シート層の端部を、前記ドーム部の外表面の形状に沿った形状に加工する工程を備える、製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のタンクの製造方法であって、
(E)前記工程(C)の後に、前記ライナー内に圧力を加えて、前記ライナー上に繊維束を巻回する工程を備える、製造方法。
