Description
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る筒部材21を製造する製造装置100について説明するが、その前に筒部材21を有する高圧タンク10の構成について簡単に説明する。以下では、高圧タンク10を、燃料電池車両に搭載される高圧の水素ガスが充填されるタンクとして説明するが、その他の用途についても適用することができる。また、高圧タンク10に充填可能なガスとしては、高圧の水素ガスに限定されない。
次に、筒部材21を製造するための製造装置100について説明する。
この第2実施形態では、図9および図10に示すように、上記第1実施形態と異なり、マンドレル210は、軸方向に延びる芯材からなる規制部材211と、規制部材211の周囲に配置され外周面210aを形成する複数(ここでは4個)の外周体(外周部材)212、213、214および215との複数(ここでは5個)の分割体により形成されている。また、規制部材211および外周体212~215の各々は、保持部材121によって両端が保持されているとともに、移動装置130によって独立して軸方向に移動可能となっている。なお、図10の1番目は、図9の2番目のB1-B1線に沿った断面図である。
この第3実施形態では、図11に示すように、上記第2実施形態と異なり、外周体222、223および224同士の間に隙間が形成される例について説明する。
この第4実施形態では、上記実施形態と異なり、未硬化の繊維強化樹脂を硬化させる工程S22において、マンドレル230の外周面230aが径方向の外側に変位する例について説明する。
Claims (2)
- ガスを収容する高圧タンクの胴体部の補強層に相当する筒部材を繊維強化樹脂により製造する、筒部材の製造装置であって、
所定軸に沿って延びるマンドレルと、
前記マンドレルの端部を保持し、前記所定軸を中心として前記マンドレルを回転させる回転装置と、
前記回転装置により回転されている前記マンドレルに、熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された繊維束が巻き付くように供給する繊維供給装置と、
前記マンドレルに巻き付いた前記繊維束に含浸された熱硬化性樹脂を熱硬化させて前記筒部材を成形する固化装置と、
を備え、
前記マンドレルは、前記マンドレルの外周面を形成するとともに前記外周面が変形自在となる少なくとも1つの外周部材と、前記外周面が径方向の内側に移動するのを規制する規制部材と、を有し、
前記製造装置は、
前記繊維束が巻き付く巻き付け形状の前記外周面と、前記巻き付け形状の前記外周面を前記径方向の内側に移動させ前記マンドレルと前記筒部材とを前記マンドレルの軸方向に引き離すことが自在となる引き離し形状の前記外周面とに、前記規制部材を動作させることにより、前記マンドレルの外周面を変形させる変形装置と、
前記筒部材と、前記引き離し形状の状態の前記外周面に変形した前記マンドレルと、を前記軸方向に引き離す引き離し装置と、
をさらに備え、
前記マンドレルは、前記軸方向に延びるシャフトをさらに有し、
前記外周部材は、前記シャフトの周囲に配置され前記外周面を形成する複数の外周体を含み、
前記規制部材は、前記外周体の前記軸方向の両側に一対設けられており、
前記規制部材は、前記シャフトと前記複数の外周体との間に配置され前記シャフトに沿って軸方向に移動する移動部材を含み、
前記移動部材は、前記軸方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面を有し、
前記外周体は、前記軸方向に対して傾斜するとともに前記移動部材の傾斜面に対して摺動する摺動面を有し、
前記外周部材には、前記移動部材の傾斜面が前記摺動面に当接した状態で、前記外周面が前記径方向の内側に変位するように、前記複数の外周体を付勢する第1付勢部材が設けられており、
一対の前記移動部材が、前記変形装置により前記マンドレルの軸方向に沿った所定位置に配置された状態で、前記移動部材は前記外周面が前記径方向の内側に移動するのを規制し、前記外周面は前記巻き付け形状になっており、
前記一対の移動部材が、前記変形装置により前記所定位置から前記マンドレルの軸方向に沿って互いに遠ざかるように移動された状態で、前記外周面は前記引き離し形状になっており、
一対の前記規制部材は、前記第1付勢部材が前記複数の外周体を付勢した状態で、前記一対の移動部材を、前記マンドレルの軸方向に沿って互いに近づく方向に付勢する第2付勢部材をさらに含み、
前記第2付勢部材は、前記繊維束を前記マンドレルに巻き付ける際の前記繊維束による巻き締め力によって、前記第2付勢部材が前記マンドレルの軸方向に沿って圧縮弾性変形自在となるように前記移動部材を付勢することを特徴とする筒部材の製造装置。 - 前記外周面を前記巻き付け形状にした状態で、前記外周体同士の間に隙間が形成されており、
前記マンドレルの前記外周面を覆うように、前記繊維供給装置から前記繊維束が供給されるスリーブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒部材の製造装置。
