Description
Claims (6)
- 回転するライナに対して樹脂含浸された帯状の強化繊維束を巻き付けて、前記ライナの外面を覆うフープ層と前記フープ層の外面を覆うヘリカル層とを有する繊維強化樹脂層を形成する高圧タンクの製造方法であって、
前記ライナに対して前記強化繊維束をフープ巻きで巻き付けるのに並行して、前記強化繊維束に交差するように前記ライナに対して前記強化繊維束よりも細幅の繊維材をヘリカル巻きで巻き付けることによって、前記フープ層を形成することと、
前記フープ層に対して前記強化繊維束をヘリカル巻きで巻き付けるのに並行して、前記強化繊維束に交差するように前記フープ層に対して前記強化繊維束よりも細幅の繊維材をフープ巻きで巻き付けることによって、前記ヘリカル層を形成することと、
を含むことを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記繊維材を加熱しながら、前記ライナ又は前記フープ層に対して前記繊維材を巻き付けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記繊維材は、前記強化繊維束よりも細幅で樹脂含浸された細幅強化繊維束であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記繊維材は、前記ライナと相溶性があることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記強化繊維束と前記繊維材が前記ライナを挟んで反対方向から前記ライナ又は前記フープ層に巻き付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記ライナ又は前記フープ層に巻き付けられる前記強化繊維束に対して60度以上90度以下の交差角度をもって、前記ライナ又は前記フープ層に前記繊維材を巻き付けることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
