Abstract
Description
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る高圧タンク10の製造方法について説明するが、その前に高圧タンク10の構成について簡単に説明する。以下では、高圧タンク10を、燃料電池車両に搭載される高圧の水素ガスが充填されるタンクとして説明するが、その他の用途についても適用することができる。また、高圧タンク10に充填可能なガスとしては、高圧の水素ガスに限定されない。
この第2実施形態では、上記第1実施形態と異なり、筒部材形成工程S2において、繊維束F3を筒体21a(繊維シートF2)の外周面に巻回する例について説明する。なお、本実施形態では、筒部材21は円筒状の筒体21aによって構成され、筒体21aの軸方向の両端部が筒部材21の周縁部となる。
この第3実施形態では、上記第1実施形態および第2実施形態と異なり、筒部材形成工程S2において、繊維束F3を、マンドレル200の外周面のうち筒体21aの一方端部に隣接する領域と、他方端部に隣接する領域と、筒体21aの外周面と、に巻回する例について説明する。
Claims (5)
- ガスを収容するライナーと、前記ライナーの外面を覆う繊維強化樹脂からなる補強層と、を備える高圧タンクの製造方法であって、
前記繊維強化樹脂からなる筒部材を形成する工程と、
前記繊維強化樹脂からなる一対のドーム部材を形成する工程と、
前記筒部材の周縁部と前記ドーム部材の周縁部とを接合して、前記補強層としての補強体を形成する工程と、
を備え、
前記筒部材を形成する工程において、マンドレルの外周面に、樹脂が含浸された繊維シートを巻回して筒体を形成した後、樹脂が含浸された繊維束を前記筒体にオーバーラップするように巻回することを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記筒部材を形成する工程において、前記筒体を形成した後、前記マンドレルの外周面に、前記筒体の軸方向の両端部に隣接するように前記繊維束を巻回して、前記筒体の端部にオーバーラップする前記周縁部を形成することによって、前記筒部材を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記筒体の軸方向の両端部に隣接するように前記繊維束を巻回する際に、前記筒体の端部から遠ざかるにしたがって前記筒部材の厚みが薄くなるように前記繊維束を巻回し、
前記筒部材と前記ドーム部材とを接合する際に、前記筒部材および前記ドーム部材の一方を内側にし、他方を外側にして嵌め合せることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記筒部材を形成する工程において、前記筒体を形成した後、前記繊維束を前記筒体の一方端部から他方端部までオーバーラップするように巻回することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記筒部材を形成する工程において、前記筒体を形成した後、前記繊維束を、前記筒体の一方端部に隣接するように、前記マンドレルの外周面に巻回して一方側の前記周縁部を形成し、前記筒体の一方端部から他方端部までオーバーラップするように巻回し、前記筒体の他方端部に隣接するように、前記マンドレルの外周面に巻回して他方側の前記周縁部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
