Abstract
Description
実施例では、巻回工程S1において、未硬化のエポキシ樹脂が含浸された炭素繊維の束(繊維束F)をライナー11に巻き付け、ライナー11の外面に未硬化の繊維強化樹脂層12を形成した。
比較例では、第1加熱工程S2を行わず、すなわち、未硬化の繊維強化樹脂層12に対して局所的に加熱することなく、高圧タンク10を製造した。具体的には、巻回工程S1は、実施例と同様に行った。すなわち、巻回工程S1において、未硬化のエポキシ樹脂が含浸された炭素繊維の束(繊維束F)をライナー11に巻き付け、ライナー11の外面に未硬化の繊維強化樹脂層12を形成した。
Claims (3)
- 樹脂製のライナーと、前記ライナーの外面を覆う繊維強化樹脂層と、前記繊維強化樹脂層の外面を覆う表面樹脂層と、を含む高圧タンクの製造方法であって、
熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された繊維束を前記ライナーの外面に巻回することにより、前記ライナーの外面に未硬化の繊維強化樹脂層を形成する工程と、
前記未硬化の繊維強化樹脂層を局所的に第1温度で加熱することによって、前記未硬化の繊維強化樹脂層のうちの加熱した領域から前記熱硬化性樹脂が滲み出て前記表面樹脂層が形成されるとともに、前記表面樹脂層に亀裂が生じるように前記表面樹脂層を硬化させる第1加熱工程と、
前記第1加熱工程の後に、前記高圧タンク全体を前記第1温度よりも低い第2温度で加熱することによって、前記繊維強化樹脂層全体と前記繊維強化樹脂層全体から滲み出た表面樹脂層全体とを硬化させ、前記表面樹脂層に局所的に前記亀裂が生じた高圧タンクを得る第2加熱工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記第1加熱工程において、局所的に加熱する領域は、前記繊維束の巻終端を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記第1加熱工程において、前記未硬化の繊維強化樹脂層に対して局所的に熱風を吹き付けることにより加熱することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
