Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関と、内燃機関の出力軸に接続され、蓄電池(11,12)より供給される電力を用いて出力軸にトルクを付与する電動機(10)と、を有する車両に適用される内燃機関の制御装置(30)であって、自動停止条件が成立することで内燃機関を自動停止させる自動停止手段と、自動停止禁止条件(40)が成立することで自動停止手段による自動停止を禁止する自動停止禁止手段と、自動停止禁止手段により自動停止が禁止され、且つ自動停止禁止手段に係る条件を除く自動停止条件が成立した場合に、内燃機関の出力を減少させ、且つ電動機の出力を増加させる補助手段と、を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。

Claims (11)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され、蓄電池(11,12)より供給される電力を用いて前記出力軸にトルクを付与する電動機(10)と、
を有する車両に適用される内燃機関の制御装置(30)であって、
自動停止条件が成立した場合に前記内燃機関を自動停止させる自動停止手段と、
自動停止禁止条件(40)が成立した場合に前記自動停止手段による自動停止を禁止する自動停止禁止手段と、
前記自動停止禁止手段により前記自動停止が禁止され、且つ前記自動停止禁止手段に係る条件を除く前記自動停止条件が成立した場合に、前記内燃機関の出力を減少させ、且つ前記電動機の出力を増加させる補助手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記自動停止禁止条件は、ドライバの意思により前記自動停止を禁止する意向が示されることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記自動停止禁止条件は、前記車両の走路の勾配が所定勾配よりも大きいことを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記自動停止禁止条件は、前記車両の発進応答性が求められる状況であることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 再始動条件が成立した場合に、前記内燃機関の再始動を実施する再始動手段を備え、
前記自動停止条件は、前記車両が走行中の場合は車速が所定速度よりも低くなることを要し、
前記自動停止手段により前記内燃機関を自動停止させてから第一所定時間が経過する前に前記再始動条件が成立した場合に、前記所定速度を第一所定値だけ引き下げて再設定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記自動停止手段により前記内燃機関を自動停止させてから第一所定時間が経過する前に前記再始動条件が成立した頻度が所定頻度よりも多いことを条件として、前記所定速度を前記第一所定値だけ引き下げて再設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 再始動条件が成立した場合に、前記内燃機関の再始動を実施する再始動手段を備え、
前記自動停止条件は、前記車両が走行中の場合は車速が所定速度よりも低くなることを要し、
前記自動停止手段により前記内燃機関を自動停止させてから車両の走行中に再始動条件が成立した場合に、前記所定速度を第一所定値だけ引き下げて再設定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記自動停止手段により前記内燃機関を自動停止させてから、車両の走行中に再始動条件が成立した頻度が所定頻度よりも多いことを条件として、前記所定速度を第一所定値だけ引き下げて再設定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 補助禁止条件を満たした場合に、前記補助手段による制御を禁止する補助禁止手段を備え、
前記補助禁止条件は、前記蓄電池に充電を実施することができない時間が第二所定時間よりも長くなると予測されることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 補助禁止条件を満たした場合に、前記補助手段による制御を禁止する補助禁止手段を備え、
前記補助禁止条件は、所定期間における前記蓄電池の放電量が充電量を超えて大きくなっていることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記自動停止禁止手段により自動停止が禁止された場合に、前記蓄電池の電池容量について使用が許可されている下限値を所定容量だけ引き下げることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
