Claims (6)
- 進行方向に障害物を感知した場合に、自動緊急ブレーキを作動させる作動部(S210,S240)と、
前記自動緊急ブレーキによって交差点内で停車した場合、停車を継続した方が安全か、発車した方が安全かを判定する判定部(S100,S220)と、
発車した方が安全であると前記判定部によって判定された場合、前記自動緊急ブレーキによる制動を解除する安全確保部(S300)と、
を備え、
前記安全確保部(S305)は、交差点内で前記自動緊急ブレーキを作動させた場合、2次ブレーキを禁止する、制動制御装置。 - 前記判定部(S120)は、対向車線上で停車したことを必要条件として、発車した方が安全であると判定する
請求項1に記載の制動制御装置。 - 前記判定部(S130)は、対向車が交差点を直進で通過することを信号が許可していることを必要条件として、発車した方が安全であると判定する
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の制動制御装置。 - 前記安全確保部(S360)は、前記自動緊急ブレーキによって交差点内で停車した場合、ハザードランプを点滅させる
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の制動制御装置。 - 前記安全確保部(S320)は、前記自動緊急ブレーキによって交差点内で停車した場合、当該交差点を退出するまで、アイドリングストップを禁止する
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の制動制御装置。 - 前記安全確保部(S350)は、前記自動緊急ブレーキによって交差点内で停車した場合、当該交差点を退出するまで、前記自動緊急ブレーキを禁止する
請求項1から請求項5までの何れか一項に記載の制動制御装置。
