Abstract
Description
(1) 複数のタブ部を有する導電性金属材料から形成された接続部材と、前記接続部材がインサート成形された樹脂製のハウジングと、を備え、相手側コネクタが接合されることで、前記相手側コネクタの端子が前記タブ部に接続されるコネクタであって、
前記接続部材は、その一部が、金型によって把持される接続部材押え部とされ、
該接続部材押え部は、前記ハウジングに形成された開口部で外部に露出されている
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。
ことを特徴とする上記(1)に記載のコネクタ。
前記ハウジングを成形する金型によって、前記ハウジングの成形領域の一部における前記接続部材を把持した状態で、前記金型内に溶融樹脂を充填して前記ハウジングを成形する
ことを特徴とするコネクタの製造方法。
コネクタ11に相手側コネクタ51を接合すべく、コネクタ11のオスハウジング12の先端に相手側コネクタ51のメスハウジング52の先端を向けて近接させる。そして、オスハウジング12のフード部14の嵌合凹部13に、メスハウジング52のハウジング本体55の嵌合部53を挿し込む。
図10は、参考例に係るコネクタを説明する図であって、図10(a)はコネクタの正面図、図10(b)は金型の概略断面図である。
[1] 複数のタブ部(43)を有する導電性金属材料から形成された接続部材(21)と、前記接続部材(21)がインサート成形された樹脂製のハウジング(12)と、を備え、相手側コネクタ(51)が接合されることで、前記相手側コネクタ(51)の端子(61)が前記タブ部(43)に接続されるコネクタ(11)であって、
前記接続部材(21)は、その一部が、金型(81A,81B,81C)によって把持される接続部材押え部(71A,71B)とされ、
該接続部材押え部(71A,71B)は、前記ハウジング(12)に形成された開口部(70A,70B)で外部に露出されている

Claims (3)
- 複数のタブ部を有する導電性金属材料から形成された接続部材と、前記接続部材がインサート成形された樹脂製のハウジングと、を備え、相手側コネクタが接合されることで、前記相手側コネクタの端子が前記タブ部に接続されるコネクタであって、
前記接続部材は、その一部が、金型によって把持される接続部材押え部とされ、
該接続部材押え部は、前記ハウジングに形成された開口部で外部に露出されている
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記接続部材は、平板状に形成された固定板部と、前記固定板部の端部から立ち上げられて一部が前記ハウジングに埋設された支持板部とを有し、前記支持板部に前記タブ部が連続するとともに、前記支持板部の一部が前記接続部材押え部とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 複数のタブ部を有する導電性金属材料から形成された接続部材と、前記接続部材がインサート成形された樹脂製のハウジングと、を備え、相手側コネクタが接合されることで、前記相手側コネクタの端子が前記タブ部に接続されるコネクタの製造方法であって、
前記ハウジングを成形する金型によって、前記ハウジングの成形領域の一部における前記接続部材を把持した状態で、前記金型内に溶融樹脂を充填して前記ハウジングを成形する
ことを特徴とするコネクタの製造方法。
