Abstract
【解決手段】ハブ軸40は、小径軸部90と大径軸部70との段差形状にて構成されて内輪が突き当てられる内輪突き当て面80を有する。スリンガ圧入工程S2では、内輪突き当て面を基準面として、治具300を押圧することによりスリンガ210をハブ軸に圧入してハブ軸に対する位置決めを行う。

Claims (2)
- 車両アウタ側の端部に車輪取付用のフランジを有するとともに、前記フランジの根元に位置する基軸部と、大径軸部と、小径軸部と、を前記フランジから車両インナ側へ向かって段差状に有するハブ軸と、
前記小径軸部に嵌合されるとともに前記小径軸部と前記大径軸部とによって段差形状で構成された内輪突き当て面に突き当てられた内輪と、
前記大径軸部及び前記内輪の外周側に同心で配置された外輪と、
前記大径軸部及び前記内輪と、前記外輪との間に転動可能に配置された複列の転動体と、
スリンガを有するとともに前記基軸部と前記外輪との間に組み付けられた密封装置と、を有する車輪用軸受装置の製造方法であって、
前記内輪突き当て面を基準面として、治具を押圧して前記スリンガを前記基軸部に圧入することにより、前記基軸部に対する前記スリンガの位置決めを行うスリンガ圧入工程と、
前記スリンガ圧入工程の後、前記外輪と前記転動体と前記密封装置とが組み付けられた状態で、前記内輪突き当て面に当接する位置まで前記内輪を前記小径軸部に嵌合する内輪嵌合工程と、を有する車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置の製造方法であって、
前記ハブ軸における前記小径軸部から前記基軸部までの外周面は連続して研磨加工が施される車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。
