- 膜によって反応混合物から金属又は別の高価な物質を分離するプロセスの設計方法であって、前記方法は前記分離のためにモデル化され、前記金属又は前記高価な物質に対する前記膜の無次元保持率R及び前記膜の透過率P(kg/(m2/bar/h))を決定し、
前記金属又は前記高価な物質の市場価格S(ユーロ/g)を想定し、無次元膜性能指標(MPI)を以下に示すように算出し、
MPI=0.5RS/7(1+P)S/(100*R)−1/(10*P)
前記保持率、前記透過率及び前記市場価格からなるパラメータの少なくとも1つを変化させ、前記パラメータを変化させた後に、算出した前記膜性能指標が少なくとも0.35になるまで前記膜性能指標を再び算出することを特徴とする方法。 - コンピュータによって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 有機親和性ナノ濾過によって反応混合物から均一系触媒又は少なくともその構成成分又は分解生成物を分離する方法であって、液体有機溶媒と、前記液体有機溶媒に溶解した均一系触媒及び/又は前記均一系触媒の構成成分及び/又は分解生成物を含む反応混合物を膜上に配置して、未透過成分と透過成分とに分離し、前記均一系触媒及び/又はその構成成分及び/又は分解生成物を、前記未透過成分中の前記均一系触媒及び/又はその構成成分及び/又は分解生成物の濃度が、前記透過成分及び前記反応混合物中の前記均一系触媒及び/又はその構成成分及び/又は分解生成物の濃度よりも高くなるように、前記未透過成分中に濃縮し、前記均一系触媒は中心原子として金属を有する有機金属錯化合物であり、
前記分離を、以下に示すように定義される無次元膜性能指標(MPI)が0.35を超える状態で実施することを特徴とする方法。
MPI=0.5RS/7(1+P)S/(100*R)−1/(10*P)
(式中、Rは、前記金属又は前記均一系触媒のその他の構成成分及び/又は分解生成物に対する前記膜の無次元保持率であり、Pは、前記膜の透過率(kg/(m2*bar*h))であり、Sは、前記金属及び/又は前記均一系触媒のその他の構成成分及び/又は分解生成物の想定又は現行市場価格(ユーロ/g)である。) - 前記無次元膜性能指標(MPI)の、請求項5に記載の方法の実施及び/又は設計における使用。
- 有機親和性ナノ濾過によって反応混合物から均一系触媒及び/又は少なくともその構成成分及び/又は分解生成物を分離する装置であって、供給物質の入口と、未透過成分の出口と、透過成分の出口と、を有する膜を備え、前記膜が、前記装置を意図したとおりに運転した場合に、以下に示すように定義される無次元膜性能指標(MPI)が少なくとも0.35となるような寸法を有し、前記均一系触媒が中心原子として金属を有する有機金属錯化合物であることを特徴とする装置。
MPI=0.5RS/7(1+P)S/(100*R)−1/(10*P)
(式中、Rは、前記金属又は前記均一系触媒のその他の構成成分及び/又は分解生成物に対する前記膜の無次元保持率であり、Pは、前記膜の透過率(kg/(m2/bar/h))であり、Sは、前記金属及び/又は前記均一系触媒のその他の構成成分及び/又は分解生成物の想定又は現行市場価格(ユーロ/g)である。) - 前記装置の膜性能指標の実際の値を、0.35以上に設定された前記膜性能指標の目標値に調節するように、前記装置の少なくとも1つの運転パラメータを制御する制御装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記膜性能指標(MPI)の下限値が、0.35ではなく、0.5又は0.75であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法、使用又は装置。
- 前記膜が、シリコーンアクリレートからなる分離活性層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5又は7に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記反応混合物が、ヒドロホルミル化、ヒドロカルボキシル化、アルコキシカルボニル化、メトキシカルボニル化、水素化及びヒドロシアノ化からなる群から選択される化学反応によって直接又は間接的に得られたものであり、
前記均一系触媒が、コバルト、ロジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム及びパラジウムからなる群から選択される金属を中心原子として有する有機金属錯化合物であり、
前記均一系触媒が、前記反応混合物が得られるように前記化学反応を促進することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法、使用又は装置。
