Abstract
Description
紙原料から抄紙を行う製紙系の水系において、前記製紙系の稼動と並行して、水質に関わる2以上の水質パラメータを測定し、その測定値に基づいて水処理を行う工程を有する方法。
図1に示す製紙系10を用いて、実施例及び比較例に係るスライム抑制方法を実施した。なお、実施例及び比較例は、以下の条件について共通であり、酸化還元電位及び電気伝導率の測定及び酸化性殺菌剤の添加のタイミングにおいて異なっていた。
紙原料:LBKP、DIP及びブロークパルプ
酸化性殺菌剤:1.3質量%臭化アンモニウム水溶液及び2.0質量%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水溶液を添加直前に混合した液
添加箇所:ブロークタンク23、白水サイロ38

Claims (2)
- 紙を製造する方法であって、
紙原料から抄紙を行う製紙系の水系において、前記製紙系の稼動と並行して、水質に関わる2以上の水質パラメータを測定し、その測定値に基づいて水処理を行う工程を有し、
前記水質パラメータは、
濁度と、
グルコース量、有機酸量、pH、カルシウムイオン量、カチオン要求量、温度、COD(化学的酸素要求量)、BOD(生物化学的酸素要求量)、溶存酸素量、デンプン量、残留塩素量、及び呼吸速度からなる群より選ばれる水質パラメータと、を含む、方法。 - 前記水質パラメータの測定は、紙原料からパルプを製造する原料系、前記パルプを調成し抄紙する調成・抄紙系、前記調成・抄紙系から白水を回収する回収系、及び前記回収系で回収した白水の一部に対し排水処理を行う排水系からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の系において行う請求項1記載の方法。
