Abstract

a)コード形状の電気的な導体5を請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のスリーブ4内へ導入し、
b)電気的な導体6がスリーブ4内に固定されように、スリーブ4を導体5とともにまずプレスし、
c)スリーブ4を有する導体5を支持体対象1上に載置し、
d)導体5を包囲するスリーブ4と支持体対象1を超音波を用いた溶接により、かつ/又は2回目のプレスによって結合する。
1.スリーブが閉鎖されており、その場合にスリーブは、たとえば金属薄板から屈曲されて、閉鎖されていないスリット形状の継ぎ目を有することができるが、完全に閉鎖され(特に溶接され)あるいはパイプ材料から完全に継ぎ目なしで形成することもできる。それによってスリーブは、特にプレスする際に、開放しておらず、あるいはあまり開放していない。
2.スリーブが回転対称であって、クリンプ/プレスが回転対称に実施され、あるいはプレスされない領域を回転対称に得ることができる。それによってスリーブは、長手軸に対する方向付けに関係なく、支持体対象上に位置決めすることができることが、保証されている。
3.クリンプ/プレスが、全長にわたってではなく、部分的にのみ行われる。それによって、導体とスリーブの本来のプレスが、溶接プロセスによって損なわれることがない。たとえば超音波によって、プレスされないスリーブ領域の、支持体対象との結合をもたらすことができる。
4.導体を弱らせる恐れのある、鋭いエッジができないようにするために、スリーブに導体のための少なくとも1つの導入漏斗部が設けられている。
5.スリーブに2つの導入漏斗部が設けられているので、それらを自動的に加工することができる。
6.少なくとも0.35mm2、好ましくは少なくとも0.5mm2の、スリーブと導体の全横断面積が得られる。というのは、丸い導体の超音波溶接は、0.35mm2を下回ると、機械的な強度(結合の丈夫さ)が極めて小さくなるので、技術的に困難になるからである。

Claims (17)
- 支持体対象(1)と溶接するための接点を形成するための、コード形状の導体(3)の終端片を収容するスリーブ(4)。
- スリーブ(4)が、導体(5)の周面の回りを少なくとも局所的に360°回って閉鎖されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリーブ(4)。
- コード形状の導体(5)を導入するために用いられる少なくとも1つの差し込み開口部が、導体(5、6)の安定性を危険にさらす鋭いエッジを回避するために、その外径から内径へ漏斗形状に狭くなる移行部の形式の導入漏斗部を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のスリーブ(4)。
- 導入漏斗部が、0.5mmを下回る曲率半径を回避する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスリーブ(4)。
- スリーブ(4)がその両方の端部にそれぞれ導入漏斗部を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4のいずれか1項に記載のスリーブ(4)。
- スリーブ(4)と導体(5、6)の全横断面積が、少なくとも0.5mm2である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のスリーブ(4)。
- 支持体対象(1)とコード形状の導体(3)とを有する接触装置において、
コード形状の導体(3)が請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のスリーブ(4)によって、前記支持体対象に固定され、特に超音波溶接又はプレスされており、好ましくは導体(3)がスリーブ(4)とともにプレスされている、ことを特徴とする接触装置。 - プレスがスリーブ(4)の全長にわたってではなく、長さの一部のみにわたって実施されており、かつスリーブ(4)がプレスされない長さ部分において支持体対象(1)に固定されている、請求項7に記載の接触装置。
- 導体(3)の芯材の金属材料と支持体対象(1)の金属材料が、0.3Vより大きい電気化学的な電位差を有しており、スリーブ(4)は、その電気化学的な電位が導体(3)の芯材と支持体対象(1)の電位の間に位置する金属材料からなり、好ましくは支持体対象(1)がアルミニウム材料から、導体(3)の芯材が銅材料から、そしてスリーブ(4)が真鍮材料又はCuZn材料からなる、請求項7又は8のいずれか1項に記載の接触装置。
- 請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の接触装置を形成するために、コード形状の電気的な導体(3、5、6)を支持体対象(1)と結合する方法であって、以下の方法ステップを有する:
a)コード形状の電気的な導体(5)を請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のスリーブ(4)内へ導入し、
b)電気的な導体(6)がスリーブ(4)内に固定されるように、スリーブ(4)を導体(5)とともにまずプレスし、
c)スリーブ(4)を有する導体(5)を支持体対象(1)上に載置し、
d)導体(5)を包囲するスリーブ(4)と支持体対象(1)とを超音波を用いた溶接により、かつ/又は2回目のプレスによって、結合する。 - 1回目のプレスが、全長にわたってではなく、部分的にのみ実施され、
スリーブ(4)と支持体対象(1)の間の結合が、プレスされないスリーブ領域内でのみ形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - スリーブ(4)がプレスされない状態において回転対称の横断面を有し、プレス後も少なくとも部分的に回転対称であり続ける、請求項10又は11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 特にアルミニウム材料からなる支持体対象(1)を備えた、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の接触装置を有するバッテリ。
- 請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の接触装置、特に請求項13に記載のバッテリ、を有する車輌。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のスリーブ(4)を、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の接触装置のため、あるいは請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法のため、あるいは請求項13に記載のバッテリのため、あるいは請求項14に記載の車輌のために使用すること。
