Claims (3)
- 電線接続部を一端側に有すると共に、端子接触部を他端側に有する雌端子の製造方法であって、
管状部材の一端側に所定幅の切り込み部を軸方向に交差する方向に形成して前記電線接続部を形成すると共に、他端側の管状の部分を雄端子が挿入される前記端子接触部として形成し、
前記切り込み部を形成した一端側の管状の部分を圧潰してなる前記電線接続部に電線の端部から露出した芯線を電気的に接続する雌端子の製造方法。 - 前記切り込み部を形成した一端側の管状の部分を圧潰してなる前記電線接続部及び前記他端側の管状の部分からなる前記端子接触部の全周にめっき処理を施してめっき層を形成する、請求項1に記載の雌端子の製造方法。
- 前記一端側の管状の部分を圧潰してなる平坦状の前記電線接続部に前記電線の芯線を超音波接合により電気的に接続する、請求項1又は2に記載の雌端子の製造方法。
