Abstract
Description
図1に、本発明の第1実施形態に係る建設機械の油圧駆動システム1Aを示し、図2に、その油圧駆動システム1Aが搭載された建設機械10を示す。図2に示す建設機械10は油圧ショベルであるが、本発明は、油圧クレーンなどの他の建設機械にも適用可能である。
次に、図6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る建設機械の油圧駆動システム1Bを説明する。なお、本実施形態ならびに後述する第3および第4実施形態において、第1実施形態と同一構成要素には同一符号を付し、重複した説明は省略する。
次に、図7ならびに図8(a)および(b)を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係る建設機械の油圧駆動システム1Cを説明する。
次に、図9、図10、図11ならびに図12(a)および(b)を参照して、本発明の第4実施形態に係る建設機械の油圧駆動システム1Dを説明する。本実施形態では、第1ポンプ15および第2ポンプ17の吐出流量が電気ポジティブコントロール方式で制御される。
本発明は上述した第1〜第4実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (4)
- 可変容量型の第1ポンプと、
前記第1ポンプからタンクまで延びる第1循環ライン上に配置された、旋回モータに対する作動油の供給および排出を制御する旋回制御弁と、
可変容量型の第2ポンプと、
前記第2ポンプからタンクまで延びる第2循環ライン上に配置された、ブームシリンダに対する作動油の供給および排出を制御するブーム制御弁と、
前記第1ポンプの傾転角を変更する第1レギュレータと、
前記第2ポンプの傾転角を変更する第2レギュレータと、
前記第1レギュレータおよび前記第2レギュレータへ二次圧を出力する1つまたは複数の電磁比例弁と、
前記第1ポンプの吐出圧を計測する第1ポンプ圧力計と、
前記第2ポンプの吐出圧を計測する第2ポンプ圧力計と、
前記1つまたは複数の電磁比例弁を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、旋回操作中であって、前記第1ポンプ圧力計で計測される前記第1ポンプの吐出圧が第1設定値よりも大きく、かつ、前記第2ポンプ圧力計で計測される前記第2ポンプの吐出圧が第2設定値よりも小さいときに、前記第1ポンプの吐出流量を制限する第1馬力制御線および前記第2ポンプの吐出流量を制限する第2馬力制御線が低下するように、前記1つまたは複数の電磁比例弁へ指令電流を送給する、建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 前記第1レギュレータおよび前記第2レギュレータのそれぞれは、前記電磁比例弁から出力される二次圧を受けるマルチ制御ピストンを含み、
前記制御装置には、前記第1馬力制御線として、第1主馬力制御線と、前記第1主馬力制御線よりも馬力の低い第1副馬力制御線が格納されているとともに、前記第2馬力制御線として、第2主馬力制御線と、前記第2主馬力制御線よりも馬力の低い第2副馬力制御線が格納されており、
前記制御装置は、旋回操作中であって、前記第1ポンプの吐出圧が第1設定値よりも大きく、かつ、前記第2ポンプの吐出圧が第2設定値よりも小さいときに、前記第1副馬力制御線および前記第2副馬力制御線に基づいて決定される指令電流を前記1つまたは複数の電磁比例弁へ送給する、請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 前記第1レギュレータは、前記第1循環ラインに設けられた絞りの上流側の圧力である第1ネガティブコントロール圧を受ける流量制御ピストンと、前記第1ポンプの吐出圧および前記電磁比例弁から出力される二次圧を受ける、前記第1馬力制御線を決定する馬力制御ピストンと、を含み、
前記第2レギュレータは、前記第2循環ラインに設けられた絞りの上流側の圧力である第2ネガティブコントロール圧を受ける流量制御ピストンと、前記第2ポンプの吐出圧および前記電磁比例弁から出力される二次圧を受ける、前記第2馬力制御線を決定する馬力制御ピストンと、を含み、
前記制御装置は、旋回操作中であって、前記第1ポンプの吐出圧が第1設定値よりも大きく、かつ、前記第2ポンプの吐出圧が第2設定値よりも小さいときに、前記1つまたは複数の電磁比例弁から出力される二次圧が上昇するように前記電磁比例弁へ指令電流を送給する、請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 旋回操作弁から前記旋回制御弁へ出力される旋回パイロット圧を計測する旋回圧力計をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記旋回圧力計で計測される旋回パイロット圧が閾値よりも大きいときに旋回操作中であると判定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動システム。
