Claims (4)
- 原動機によって駆動される可変容量型ポンプの吐出流量を変化させるサーボピストンと、前記サーボピストンの位置を検知するフィードバックレバーと、制御バネによって前記可変容量型ポンプの吐出流量を増加させる方向である一端方向へ付勢されたコンペンスプールと、前記コンペンスプールの周囲に位置し、該コンペンスプールの軸方向に移動するコンペンスリーブと、を備える可変容量型ポンプ用レギュレータであって、
前記コンペンスリーブは、前記サーボピストンと前記フィードバックレバーとの作用によって、前記フィードバックレバーと前記コンペンスリーブとの係合部を介して前記コンペンスプールの軸方向に移動し、
前記ポンプの吐出圧力を導入する吐出圧力導入室と、前記吐出圧力導入室から前記サーボピストンの大径受圧部に制御圧力を導く調圧部とが、前記コンペンスプールと前記コンペンスリーブによって形成され、
前記コンペンスリーブは、前記吐出圧力導入室に導入した吐出圧力によって前記一端方向に圧力が作用する段部を備えていることを特徴とする可変容量型ポンプ用レギュレータ。 - 前記段部は、前記コンペンスリーブの内径を小径にすることで、前記吐出圧力導入室の反調圧部側に形成されている請求項1に記載の可変容量型ポンプ用レギュレータ。
- 他の可変容量型ポンプの吐出圧力を導入する吐出圧力導入室を軸方向に離れて更に備え、前記調圧部側に自己圧力を導入する自己圧力導入室を有し、前記自己圧力導入室の反調圧部側に相手圧力を導入する相手圧力導入室を有している請求項2に記載の可変容量型ポンプ用レギュレータ。
- 前記相手圧力導入室は、前記自己圧力導入室よりも小径に形成され、
前記コンペンスリーブは、前記相手圧力導入室に導入した相手圧力によって前記一端方向に圧力が作用する段部を更に備えている請求項3に記載の可変容量型ポンプ用レギュレータ。
