Claims (10)
- 排ガス案内系用の支持リング、特に車両の内燃機関の排ガス案内系用の支持リングであって、複数のボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)を備えた支持エレメントボディ(40)と、前記ボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)を互いに結合する支持装置(42)とが設けられていることを特徴とする、排ガス案内系用の支持リング。
- 少なくとも2つのボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)が、互いに向かい合って位置するボディセグメント端部領域(50,52,54,56)において互いに隣接しており、前記支持装置(42)は前記ボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)を互いに結合している、請求項1記載の支持リング。
- 前記ボディセグメント端部領域の間に、中間室(58,60;78,80,82)が形成されている、請求項2記載の支持リング。
- 少なくとも1つ、好ましくはすべてのボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)が、U字形成形体によって形成されており、前記支持装置(42)は、少なくとも部分的にU字形成形体内室(68)内に収容されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の支持リング。
- 前記U字形成形体は、半径方向内側のU字脚(62)、半径方向外側のU字脚(64)及び、該両方のU字脚(62,64)を結合する結合領域(66)を有しており、一方のU字脚(62)、好ましくは半径方向内側のU字脚(62)が、他方のU字脚(64)よりも短い、請求項4記載の支持リング。
- 前記支持装置(42)は、前記結合領域(66)から離れる方向において、少なくとも前記短い方のU字脚(62)を超えて延びている、請求項5記載の支持リング。
- 前記支持装置(42)はフレキシブルであり、かつ/又は前記支持装置(42)はリング状に、好ましくは閉鎖されたリング状に、形成されており、かつ/又は少なくとも1つのボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)、好ましくは各ボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)は、金属薄板変形部品として形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の支持リング。
- 前記支持装置(42)は、金属ワイヤ材料によって、好ましくはワイヤ緯編品、ワイヤ経編品、金網又はワイヤ織布によって形成されている、請求項7記載の支持リング。
- 少なくとも1つのボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)、好ましくは各ボディセグメント(46,48;72,74,76)が、前記支持装置(42)に、好ましくは摩擦結合及び/又は材料結合によって堅固に結合されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の支持リング。
- 排ガス案内系用の排ガス案内構成群、特に車両の内燃機関のための排ガス案内系用の排ガス案内構成群であって、管状の排ガス案内エレメント(12)と、該排ガス案内エレメント(12)内に配置された排ガス処理装置(24)、好ましくは触媒装置とを有していて、さらに前記排ガス処理装置(24)の少なくとも1つの端部領域(30,32)に、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の支持リング(36,38)を有している、排ガス案内系用の排ガス案内構成群。
