为了可以避免在将按照本发明的支撑环插入例如管状的排气引导元件中时出现卡死,而建议,在所述主体扇段端部区域之间形成间隙。
有利地,至少一个、优选每个主体扇段构成为具有U形轮廓,所述支撑装置至少部分地容纳在U形轮廓内腔中。

支撑装置42的之前已经提及的支撑元件44嵌入在支撑元件主体40或者主体扇段46、48的相应的U形轮廓内腔68中。例如利用金属丝材料、例如金属丝网或类似物构造的支撑元件44优选基本上环状地并且无中断地在支撑元件主体40的整个圆周上延伸,并且特别是桥接(跨接)间隙58、60。按这种方式和方法将这两个主体扇段46、48保持在一起,以便制备支撑环36的环状结构。
为了实现支撑元件44与主体扇段46、48的稳定连接,可以在优选多个周向位置上例如通过局部挤压支撑元件44的网结构将该支撑元件这样挤压到U形轮廓内腔68中,使得其在摩擦挤压(过盈)的情况下贴靠在U腿62、64上并且被保持以防滑落。替换地或附加地,可以特别是在这些挤压区域上通过焊接部70产生材料接合。特别是之前提及的挤压区域适合于此,因为在这些区域内支撑元件44的网结构被压实并且因而为焊接过程创造出用于电流的更好的条件。优选地,在所述两个主体扇段46、48中的每个主体扇段中创造出至少两个这样的连接区域。
人们在图3中清楚地看到,两个U腿62、64从连接区域66出发具有不同的延伸长度。这两个U腿62、64中的位于径向内侧的U腿短于位于径向外侧的U腿。如这可在图4中看出,由此确保了催化器单元26的近似在支撑元件44的径向中间区域内结束的外侧的边缘区域可以沿轴向支撑在支撑元件44上,但位于径向内侧的U腿62在此离催化器单元26仍具有轴向距离,从而不妨碍支撑交互作用。
在图2中示出支撑环36的一种替代的实施方式。在这里,支撑元件主体40构造成具有三个主体扇段72、74、76和分别在其间形成的间隙78、80、82。在这里,主体扇段72、74、76在结构上保持在一起也通过支撑装置42的在U形轮廓内腔68中优选在整个圆周上延伸的支撑元件44提供。每个主体扇段72、74、76具有一个在大约120°的角度范围上的周向延伸尺寸,从而这些主体扇段仍可以以较高的制造精度在金属板坯成型时没有翘曲危险地制备。如同在之前描述的实施方式中那样,优选所有主体扇段彼此结构相同,从而不同的为制造这种支撑环要准备的构件的数量少。
利用支撑环的按照本发明的实施方式可以在简单的、但仍然可精确制造的构造中提供如下的手段,该手段可以将排气处理装置、例如催化器装置可靠地固定在内燃机的排气引导系统的管状的排气引导元件中并且特别是也可以在位于径向外侧的边缘区域内提供防止腐蚀的保护作用。此外通过由于按照本发明的构造而设定的也沿周向方向并且因而沿径向方向的柔性,保证支撑元件本身被可靠地固定在管状的排气引导元件中,而为此不需要附加的固定措施。

Claims (13)

1.用于排气引导系统的支撑环,包括带有多个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)的支撑元件主体(40)和将这些主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)相互连接的支撑装置(42),其中,所述支撑装置(42)利用金属丝材料构造而成,至少一个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)构成为具有U形轮廓,并且所述支撑装置(42)至少部分地容纳在U形轮廓内腔(68)中,构成为具有U形轮廓的所述至少一个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)与所述支撑装置(42)通过摩擦锁合固定连接,摩擦锁合通过局部挤压支撑装置(42)以形成多个挤压区域并且由此将支撑装置(42)挤压到U形轮廓内腔(68)中并使支撑装置(42)在摩擦挤压的情况下贴靠在构成为具有U形轮廓的所述至少一个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)的U腿(62、64)上而提供,在所述多个挤压区域上通过焊接部产生在支撑装置(42)与构成为具有U形轮廓的所述至少一个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)之间的材料接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支撑环,其特征在于,至少两个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)在彼此相对的主体扇段端部区域(50、52、54、56)内彼此邻接,并且所述支撑装置(42)将主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)相互连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的支撑环,其特征在于,在所述主体扇段端部区域之间形成间隙(58、60,78、80、82)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的支撑环,其特征在于,所有主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)构成为具有U形轮廓。
5.根据权利要求4所述的支撑环,其特征在于,所述U形轮廓具有一个位于径向内侧的第一U腿(62)、一个位于径向外侧的第二U腿(64)和一个将第一U腿(62)和第二U腿(64)相连接的连接区域(66),并且其中一个U腿短于另一个U腿。
6.根据权利要求5所述的支撑环,其特征在于,所述第一U腿(62)短于所述第二U腿(64)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的支撑环,其特征在于,所述支撑装置(42)沿离开连接区域(66)的方向延伸至少超过第一U腿(62)。
8.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的支撑环,其特征在于,所述支撑装置(42)是柔性的,或/和所述支撑装置(42)构成为环状的,或/和至少一个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)构成为板材成型件。
9.根据权利要求8所述的支撑环,其特征在于,所述支撑装置(42)利用金属丝网、金属丝针织物、金属丝编织物或金属纺织物构造而成。
10.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的支撑环,其特征在于,每个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)与所述支撑装置(42)通过摩擦锁合固定连接。
11.根据权利要求8所述的支撑环,其特征在于,所述支撑装置(42)构成为闭合环状的,和/或每个主体扇段(46、48,72、74、76)构成为板材成型件。
12.用于排气引导系统的排气引导结构组件,包括管状的排气引导元件(12)、设置在排气引导元件(12)中的排气处理装置(24),以及在排气处理装置(24)的至少一个端部区域(30、32)上包括根据权利要求1至11之一所述的支撑环(36、38)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的排气引导结构组件,其特征在于,所述排气引导系统是用于车辆内燃机的排气引导系统,和/或排气处理装置(24)是催化器装置。
