Claims (12)
- 内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
軸方向に伸びるベローズ部材(2)と、
少なくとも部分的に前記ベローズ部材(2)を囲む外側可撓性編組又は編込部材(3)と、
弾性変形可能であるとともに、少なくとも部分的に前記外側可撓性編組又は編込部材(3)を囲み、該外側可撓性編組又は編込部材に対して当接する少なくとも弾性部材(4)と、
を備え、
前記ベローズ部材(2)は、
少なくとも2つの波形部(21)であって、実質的に規則的な間隔(28)で前記波形部(21)の外周に沿って隆起及び溝(23)を互い違いにすることにより、前記ベローズ部材(2)の軸方向に環状にしわを寄せられた少なくとも2つの波形部と、
前記ベローズ部材(2)の波形部(21)間に軸方向に形成される少なくとも接続部(24)と、
を含み、
前記弾性部材(4)は、少なくとも部分的に前記接続部(24)を囲んでおり、
前記接続部(24)は、その軸方向端部に形成され、少なくとも径方向に延びる側面(25)を含み、
前記接続部(24)は、前記側面(25)の間に、前記側面(25)を互いに接続するとともに少なくとも部分的に前記弾性部材(4)により囲まれるアーチ部(26)を含むとともに、
前記接続部(24)の軸方向長さは、前記波形部(21)の規則的な間隔(28)とは異なり、
前記アーチ部(26)は、前記接続部(24)の周方向に延在し、
前記アーチ部(26)は、凹状又は凸状に形成され、
前記各側面(25)は、少なくとも部分的に円筒部(27)によって、軸方向の前記波形部(21)に接続され、
前記接続部(24)の前記側面(25)間の軸方向長さ(31)は、前記円筒部(27)に接続される隣接する前記波形部(21)間の軸方向長さの少なくとも30〜80%であり、
前記円筒部(27)の軸方向の長さは、前記接続部(24)における前記アーチ部(26)の軸方向の長さよりも短い、
ことを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記接続部(24)の最大外径(29)は、隣接する波形部(21)の外形よりも小さいことを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記アーチ部(26)は、異なる半径からなる複数の湾曲部又は屈曲部を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記接続部(24)は、径方向の外側及び内側に向かって少なくとも部分的に湾曲し、あるいは、アーチ形であることを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記弾性部材(4)の外形は、前記ベローズ部材(2)の軸方向に沿って少なくとも部分的に延びることを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記弾性部材(4)は、接続部(24)の軸方向形状に実質的に少なくとも似た湾曲した外形を有することを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記弾性部材(4)は、前記外側可撓性編組又は編込部材(3)を前記接続部(24)に対して押し当てることを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記外側可撓性編組又は編込部材(3)と前記接続部(24)との間の接触は、実質的に、前記接続部(24)の外面の外周に沿う線接触であることを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記外側可撓性編組又は編込部材(3)と前記接続部(24)との接触は、前記ベローズ部材(2)の軸方向と、前記接続部(24)の外面の外周とに沿って実質的に延びる表面接触であることを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
接続部(24)を囲む前記波形部(21)間の軸方向長さ(30)は、前記波形部(21)の規則的な間隔(28)よりも少なくとも2倍〜7倍長いことを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記接続部(24)の最大外径(29)は、隣接する前記波形部(21)のうち少なくとも1つの平均径よりも大きいことを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。 - 請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか1項に記載の可撓性導管手段(1)であって、
前記接続部(24)の最小径は、隣接する前記波形部(21)のうち少なくとも1つの最小内径よりも大きいことを特徴とする内燃機関車両の排気システムの可撓性導管手段。
