Claims (4)
- 金属外環と、この金属外環に挿通したパイプリードと、前記金属外環と前記パイプリードとを気密に封着する絶縁ガラスと、前記パイプリードを貫通した低抵抗金属からなる導出リードとを備え、パイプリードと導出リードは一部のみ通電性を確保出来る材料にて接合されており、前記導出リードとパイプ間に発生する空間部に、撥水性かつ延性を持つ高絶縁材を充填したことを特徴とする圧縮封止型気密端子。
- 金属外環と、この金属外環に挿通したパイプリードと、前記金属外環と前記パイプリードとを気密に封着する絶縁ガラスと、前記パイプリードを貫通した低抵抗金属からなる導出リードとを備え、パイプリードと導出リードは一部のみ通電性を確保出来る材料にて接合されており、前記導出リードとパイプ間に発生する空間部に、熱伝導性および撥水性かつ延性を持つ高絶縁材を充填し、通電時に発熱するリード部材の放熱性を上げるため、金属外環部まで高絶縁材を塗布したことを特徴とする圧縮封止型気密端子。
- 前期パイプリードと導出リード間に出来る空間が、高絶縁性の充填性を上げるため傾斜形状を構成した請求項1ないし請求項2に記載の圧縮封止型気密端子。
- 前期パイプリードと導出リードの接合部が、パイプ内の一部に接合されており、両側から導出リードとパイプ間に残存する空間を高絶縁性で充填された請求項1ないし請求項2に記載の圧縮封止型気密端子。
